We only stayed one night in the hotel, if we had known how lovely it was we would have stayed longer. The location and friendly staff, real irish welcome. Will definitely return. The food was great especially the barbecue on a Sunday night on the terrace and live music as well, great.

Aherlow House is a stunning hotel, located right in the Glen of Aherlow, a hidden gem in Tipperary! We were only here for 2 nights, I wish we had had more time to explore the trails. We had breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, it was delicious! On the Sunday night there was a live band outside on the terrace,...

Stayed in one of the lodges for my wifes nephews wedding for a week. Got say the views were absolutely stunning and only matched by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The lodges could do with a little updating but were clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place and if...

If you appreciate the countryside, this is a place for you and The Aherlow House Hotel is an added bonus, being in the heart of the Glen. On entering the hotel, the smell of the open (turf?) fires, is a sensory delight. The view from the bedroom, more than made up for some 'wear and tear' on furniture - only...

We had a great stay in Aherlow, all the staff were warm and welcoming particularly the bar staff. The bar is lovely and inviting with a big open fire that you can smell throughout the hotel with great views of the Galtee mountains and decking outside the bar that would be just great to sit out in in the summer....

Stayed 5 nights in a lodge here with a group that filled all three bedrooms. The location is beautiful and the views are just fantastic, but it's only a short drive to Tipperary for shopping and restaurants. Although everything worked in the lodge, it was in need of some deep cleaning and updating. Also, the kitchen is poorly stocked and...
