The room is large with a lot of space! You can enjoy the hot spring in your room or the public hot spring area! The staff there are great and friendly. They really offered help to the visitors! The hotel can improve the lighting in the room. Not bright enough!

A nice little resort for recharging. Affordable price. Breakfast is good especially the fruits and the terrence. Rooms are, frankly speaking, not the best you've ever had. But for a short stay, looking for a nice place to relax without spending too much. This is not a bad choice.

Paid directly to the hotel for around US$120 for a night. The package comes with 4+1 courses meal including fresh fish and buffet breakfast. When we arrived the restaurants all we got was fried eggs and 2 dishes of vegetable and deep fried freeze fish. We complained to the front desk and all they told us was they sold out...

during new year holiday, it is so crowded, as a result no service at all, even cannot leave luggage at the reception. also got waked up in the early morning with house keeping because of their busy schedule.

Wulai Hot Spring Resort provides free transport to their resort near the multi storey car park in front of the convenience shop. We had private hot spring in our room - hot and cold. The kids love it and soaked 3 times during our 1 night stay. The bed was too hard for my comfort but there are extra comforter...

I was fortunate enough to have some local advice come my way through a colleague. Call this place up and have them pick you up in town and they will drive you to their facility. It was so worth while. I went with a female colleague, and we chose the public all nude baths, gender specific. She went and did...

I visited this place in December 2013. I didn't stay in any of the rooms, but just went for two hours in the hot springs. This place is a more value-for-money alternative than the other hot spring hotels in Wulai itself. The resort has gender-segregated public pools. They are Japanese-style pools (in the nude) and have a superb, commanding view...
