We almost had to sleep in the car during the month of November if we had arrived 20 minutes later. We showed up at 1030 pm only to find out that we were assigned an RV spot. I showed her the reservation of a room for 2 people for 1 night. She called around to find us another place, which... More

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 16 May 2016

A couple friends had their wedding at the Ponderosa Ranch Resort, so ~20 of my friends rented out a house here for the weekend. The house was really nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast at the main resort was good, and the two pools were a lot of fun. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for... More

We stayed for one night in a cowboy cabin. It was a beautiful way to first see the Zion National Park before arriving at the ponderosa. Being an animal lover, I loved seeing the deer as we pulled into the park. The facilities were clean and the cowboy cabin was like a Delux camping experience. I would love to bring... More

The cowboy cabin was cozy, clean and had a magnificent view of the sunrise each morning. Breakfast is provided every morning and is delicious with lots of choices. The cabin was roughly 50 feet from the bathrooms and showers and were very clean as well. Will definitely be staying here again for our next trip. Each cabin has a grill... More

We stayed in a lovely home, clean, very comfortable and an easy walk to reception. The restaurant is great for breakfast although not recommended for dinner (it's ok if you don't want to cook though), but the facilities in the house were great. A GREAT location and the STARS.....omg the most amazing night sky.....great facilities, we hired bikes and went... More

The drive up to Zion Ponderosa is pretty with many deer so drive slow. We camped in late October so the weather was cool and the Resort was quite. The Resort is way up on the Mesa. It is quite near to Zion National Park. In fact, we drove to the back of their property to the East Mesa Trailhead... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had arranged to meet friends and they enjoyed the cabin as much as we did. There was a bedroom down stairs and another up stairs, allowing each couple to have our own bathroom. The fireplace was cozy and the ceilings tall with wall of windows. Enjoyed the sky at night, able to see... More

The Ponderosa Ranch is a short drive out the east side of Zion. We enjoyed the drive in and out of the park. We often saw bighorn sheep and views are amazing. It also was a shorter drive to Bryce Canyon. We stayed in the Sunset cabin. It was comfortable for a family of 4 with adult children. The windows... More

I was a little worried that the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort was too far from Zion's National Park entrance. It turns out that we very much enjoyed the drive east out of the park for a few days as we caught much of the beautiful scenery and wildlife at different times of the day and thus, very different pictures. The... More
