Check at reserve america website to see what is open year round. I believe that the campground is closed completely in the winter season, meaning NO, you can't camp there. And, as of this writing, the park is closed due to our Government Shutdown. Without the shutdown however, the road to Wuksachi Village is open for lodge accommodations in the winter months.
