Our room was large and clean but no A/C and no elevator. It is 100 yards up a steep hill from the parking lot to the rooms. The restaurant is first come, first served but tour buses have priority. If a tour group is coming to dinner you will have to eat before 6 or after 7:30 (we waited 1...

wildlife abounds, the setting is quaint but restful. Spent 3 nights at Wuksachi lodge in Sequoia Nat'l Park. The staff went out of their way to insure all my family's needs were met. Their dining room provided excellent meals. We also attended a barbecue one evening. Great for families looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday...

Visited Sequoia National Park with 19 year old son & my husband for 2 nights. This lodge was quaint and perfect for our short visit. Saw deer outside cabin. Great star gazing at night in back parking lot. Lodge will provide flashlights and binoculars for hikes. Loved Wuksachi Walker hike to Lodgepole with guide. Saw bears in meadow . Climbed...

We stayed here for one night in July. Had the regular room with two queen beds. Room was of average size and everything was clean. We had a forest view which was nice, although we never saw an animals. Love that the hotel is really in the middle of a forest, even my kids noticed the refreshing smell of the...

The room was basic but huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was average if not a bit greasy but there was plenty of it. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I was a little taken aback when we had to sign a Bear Aware waiver when we arrived but it was a nice reminder of where we...

The property is well maintained. Check In was a breeze and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is breathtaking and I recommend attending the evening events - storytelling and star gazing. The food at the Lodge was real good but a little bit pricey.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wuksachi Lodge, with the only complaints being slow wifi (I know, we're in the middle of the woods, what should we expect) the room temperature and not having a proper bath. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom nice and clean. It was a bit cold in the rooms although not enough...

Wuksachi Lodge was the perfect place within Sequoia National Park as it was really close to the major attractions within the park. The main lodge was beautiful and the food there was really good. But most of all the staff there was very friendly and treated you like family. It's right up the road from General Sherman and only an...
