The campground is exceptionally well maintained, the sites are well thought out with good parking, picnic tables, fire pits and separate grille. The pit toilets were very clean and easily located. The jumbo rocks are worth seeing and on a clear moonlit night provided for an amazing experience. The views from up on the rocks are spectacular, at sunrise, sunset...

I am not much of a camper at all, but my experience here was wonderful. The site is simply breathtaking, the rangers are friendly and other visitors were pleasant. It was a bit cold at night so bundle up and bring a good sleeping bag,

This is a fantastic campground as far as scenery and location in the park. There is a fantastic trail leading off of the campground that can take you for several miles into fantastic surrounds. We got there on a Thursday during peak season and easily found a site. The drawbacks are the obvious: no running water, no flush toilets. What's...

We only stayed 1 night, and it was cold at night. But BBQ plate, fire pit and toilets good. We did lots of walks, viewed unreal sunset and sunrise. We got the last spot at midday, so I strongly advise to be there by 9-10am.

I was shocked this place got so many good reviews. We got there late at 10 AM and there were so few spots left. It's hard to tell because sometimes people leave coolers and stuff while others just put up an orange tag on the signpost. The spots are SO close together and provide so little privacy. There were so...

If the parking lot is full, drive slightly pass it and park on the side of the road. It's good to explore the rocks a little out of the wag of the crowd. We picnicked on one of the rocks overlooking the jumbo rocks and it was pretty great.

First of all let me say this is a very unique campground and camping experience. This is one of the largest campgrounds in the park and this is fine for a nice or two. Beautiful location but also like a three-ring circus. The sites are surrounded by rocks everywhere but there is no restrictions on climbing and people are climbing...

With the beauty around Jumbo Rocks such an inspiring reason to visit, why do people not respect each other and act like it's a freaking club every night? Our neighbors had a disco light and music going until 2am the first night and were up at 4:30 toake coffee each morning. I am not thrilled at having to school them...
