We spent 2 nights in this campground in june.We choose site No 6,quiet place in a shadow of a high rock.There is no water,only in ranger station not so far by car,clean toilet and very few people.We spent a day in park and on way...More

Absolutley beautiful place. Felt out of the world with the huge rock formations to climb around on. Can only imagine what it would be like to camp there and sit out under the stars. One of these years we will camp for sure.

Some of the best hiking in the Joshua Tree area is here at Indian Cove. Just go to the picnic side of the park and enjoy a long hike up Rattlesnake Canyon. In February and March you're likely to climb up the huge boulder formations...More

I've stayed here twice, once in a group site, which had great views to the north over the desert, and once in one of the individual sites. It can be windy but there's lots of boulders for shelter. Each site has a firepit and picnic...More
