The 35 room lodge fills up quickly so make reservations months before your planned trip. Like almost all lodging in the national parks, there are few amenities, no WiFi, no TV, limited cell phone. In exchange for amenities, the lake and harbor views are stunning....More

We stayed in the "housekeeping cabins", but you do all the housecleaning. They could use a handout to explain this, plus towel and sheet exchange, recycling how-to's. Staff in office is not always courteous. A big drawback of our cabin 208 was no through ventilation....More

The boat trips begin getting less frequent (not daily) on Aug. 31. Park stays open for another month, but you have to stay at least 3 days. I think total shutdown is Sept. 30

No - and the hours may be somewhat limited. So just check before you go.
