Volcano House had just reopened, and the staff was clearly pleased, and went out of their way to make sure everything was good for us.
The room was nice, clean a great view of the currently dormant crater, and quiet.

We had a room with 2 double beds...so 4 was no problem. The walk in closet could easily fit a pack n play or kids size air mattress if one of your 5 is a child. I'm not sure if they have any rules about extra guests.
