The lodge itself is comfortable and has a cabin-like feel. There are many dining options and the tourism desk is extremely friendly and helpful, as are all of the staff members. However, our reservation was not booked correctly. We reserved a room with 2 queens and instead got a room with 1 king for 3 people. Because they were booked...

This hotel is actually an interesting array of buildings with pleasant rooms. It is rustic looking with interesting decor. There is lots of activity but the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and close to offsite restaurants for seafood. Very well stocked gift shop with something for everyone.

We were looking for a convenient hotel after our cruise and we stayed here for two nights before taking the train to Fairbanks. It was walking distance to quite a few restaurants, little shops, and the Denali Raft Adventures (which was the main reason we booked the hotel) all which were across the street. The property is rather large, but...

We stayed in chalet "T" which was next to the Nenana River in a great first floor room. I was worried about access as I had injured my ankle/foot shortly before the trip, but little shuttle vans came by often and took us up the hill to the main lodge and where we connected to the larger coaches to Denali...

Right in the middle of the action (restaurants, shops, adventure outposts, etc...) and amazing views of the Nenana River and surrounding mountains. The property is maintained very well and the onsite Starbucks is a +++! :-) I'm not available of the various room types, as there weren't many available when we booked, but the room we were given for our...

this resort which has rooms further away from the hotel itself gives transport to get there as this hotel is very big and a stream behind the hotel that if you are lucky you would be able to see a bear as it comes to catch fish, there is a few food stalls right opposite the hotel like subway etc....

Considering the outstanding beauty of this area, I expected a more lodge feel to the room. There was nothing wrong with our third room, it just felt boring and not really decorated. Let me explain. Our first room was on the river side of the building which was what I had requested when I booked the room. After checking in...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The room is neat and clean. The bathrooms are well kept and the room service is good as well. The lodge is very beautiful. It has a big campus and they have on-property shuttles. The whole property is located on a hill, just like all the lodges, just beside the Nenana...

Stayed here as part of Holland America Denali land tour. Nice setting for resort with river curving around property, main building and services up on hill. Rooms in chalet have sitting area with flat screen and bedroom at rear. No air conditioning and on a warm summer day this could be a real problem. Open windows to ventilate lets in...

I booked this hotel with little information, but was very pleasantly surprised! For a visit in the summer it was perfect! It is literally a five minute drive or less to the entrance of Denali National Park, and they have hotel shuttles that go back and forth if you need them. Pretty much 90% of the restaurants within driving distance...
