This was hands-down one of the best places we have ever stayed. Each with a front porch view of Denali, the cabins were cozy, immaculately clean and maintained. If you can view outhouses, gas lamps and wood stoves as part of an adventure and not an inconvenience, this place is for you. Facilities and equipment were of the highest quality....

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about the outhouse but by the time I was leaving (3 days later), it was no big deal. It wasn't just any old outhouse. It was cute with a regular toilet seat, very clean, and had a window with a view of Denali. My husband and I made jokes about "roughing...

We stayed here for 4 nights to increase our chances of seeing Mt. Denali. Yes it is expensive but consider that the price includes all meals (gourmet!), lodging, choice of guided hikes every day in various areas of the Park, use of canoes, mountain bikes, hiking gear, and bus transportation 90 miles into the Park to the lodge which is...

My husband & I just returned from a week at Camp Denali. The long bus ride to the Camp is well worth it! The staff and guides are incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. The Camp offers 3 types of hikes daily, foray, moderate & strenuous. Since my husband has had back surgery & I have had bilateral knee replacement, we opted...

My husband and I were joined by our 3 girls (17yr, 15yr, 13yr) at Camp Denali for 4 nights and what a memorable trip we had. Originally we tried to book the lodge but after talking to a couple of staff members we decided to stay at the camp. I'm so glad we did! Our girls had their own cabin...

We arrived in anticipation of seeing the mountain in all his glory, but it rained, the entire time we were there up until the day we left. The staff here are so well educated, knowledgeable in many fields, and the cream of the crop so they were still able to keep us occupied with all their knowledge. We did see...

If you are fond of camping and using outhouses this is for you. I thought that the price was quite high for the inconvenience of no running water or indoor plumbing. Walking to the shower area with everything you need is also not much fun. Their sister property would be my recommendation. It has the needed amenities and offers the...

This was my 3rd trip to Camp Denali. We first visited in 1978 and again in 1991....don't know why we stayed away so long. The Camp is run now by the Simon and Jenna Cole, daughter and son-in-law of the Coles who have made some terrific improvements to the facilities. The food is now very high end, which did make...

Camp Denali is a treasure in the heart of the Denali National Park. There are individual cabins with your own private outhouse. The view from the outhouse is of the beautiful Mt. Denali. The food is delicious with homemade cakes, cookies, and muffins. The staff are delightful and helpful.

4 Illinois "boys" experienced a stay at Camp Denali, that was beyond wonderful! They were picked up at the Alaskan train station by Camp Denali buses...20 miles in, the gravel road was only for guests at Camp Denali...no cars, 4-wheelers, other traffic...a stop was made for a beautiful picnic lunch...upon arriving, they were greeted by the friendly staff ...the cabins...
