Enjoyed the outstanding, friendly service provided by Kay and John. Our rooms were very comfortable with charming furnishings in keeping with the classic federation style of the whole establishment. Relaxing in front of the wood fireplace in the lounge room on the cold evenings was exactly the place to be. Amore is very close to restaurants and cafes and we found everything we needed within a short walking distance. The breakfast each day was absolutely delicious and we were fortunate to be able to enjoy the homegrown avocado on toast as well. We highly recommend Amore and intend to book a return visit at some time in the near future.

We’ve just spent 3 nights at the Amore, what a beautiful homely B&B. From arrival to departing and beyond Kay and John the hosts were wonderful so friendly, nothing to much trouble they made you feel so welcomed. Our bedroom was beautiful, charming, comfy, bright and spotlessly clean, enjoying a veranda for a glass of red in the evening. The special little personal touches made it so special too. Continental breakfast was delicious with home grown picked avocados each morning by John. Kay has very good knowledge of the area. Amore is so close to shops, restaurants, wineries etc. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend Amore B&B
Thank you Kay and John for been the best hosts, you’ve got a little treasure there.

We stayed at Amore in the month of May. We can not fault anything about this property. The room was clean, it had a lovely comfortable bed with good linen on it. Complimentary port in the room which was a lovely extra we didn't expect.
The hosts John and Kay were just so accommodating, giving us great advice on where to go, even restaurants and they were all great. The breakfast was lovely, They continue to ask if you would like more, so you won't leave hungry.
The fire place was lite every night and we sat around that with our tapas, the hosts even got us platters to put everything on. We will definitely return when we go to Tambourine Mountain again.

We have just had 2 nights at Amore in the Wedgewood Room. The room was spacious , king size bed very comfortable and good ensuite. Kay and John were very helpful - providing advice on how to get up and back from the mountain (road closures due to rain); local info on restaurants and attractions - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, tea and coffee available in lounge, tea and coffee (real milk) in room. Chocolates at night! Umbrellas supplied (and needed!). The property is close to Gallery shops, Curtis Falls and some restaurants. Easy drive to other attractions. Parking on site. Wi-fi was good. Despite the torrential rain we had a lovely stay. Thanks

Dear Terry Thank you so much for your awesome review. We do appreciate it very much. It was lovely having you and Michelle as our guests and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay, including our breakfast. It is a shame that the rain was so heavy and constant. I personally can't remember having received 670 mls in 3 days. . We are also happy that you found our location to be convenient. I certainly enjoyed our chats so thank you for that. As the weekend draws near I hope that you have a great weekend and enjoy the sunshine. Thank you again and we would be delighted if you had an opportunity to return to Amore at some stage in the future. In the meantime enjoy your travels. Kind Regards Kay

The Amore b&b is PERFECTLY located on Tamborine mountain. Right across from the brewery, down the road from the winery, walking distance to shops, restaurants and gorgeous hikes and waterfall trails. The fireplace is magical, and was the deciding feature for us to book here. An incredible spread of fruit salad, every tea you could want and coffee are available free of charge for breakfast. The owners are a lovely couple. 10/10 recommend

From the moment we booked Amore we felt welcome. Kay and John are went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect. From advice on local attractions & restaurants, to the amazing hospitality. The room was clean, homely & beautifully decorated. Little touches like daily Lindt Choccies did not go unnoticed. The Doulton room is definitely one of a kind, actually Devine! And the breakfast in the morning? Amazing. Thank you Kay and John for sharing your time and looking after us so well. Much love Olivia & Desmond

Our stay at Amore was excellent in every sense - except that we picked the weekend of the recent rain deluge!!
Kay and John were wonderful hosts and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Kay was always attentive and friendly, offering advice on everything from places to eat, to the best way off the mountain when there were plenty of road closures.
We will certainly return to Mt Tamborine and particularly to Amore, so that we can enjoy all of the sights and experiences.

Highly recommended. Helpful, hospitable hosts Kaye & John. Charming decor. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast with gluten free option. They purchased my particular yoghurt especially for me. Perfect location for sightseeing. Spotlessly clean. Complimentary port & chocs. We stayed in the Country Rose room on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking greenery. We will definitely return.
