Stayed in one of the suites which was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that you needed and there were supplies for a continental type breakfast. The pool had recently been repaired and was a welcome spot to cool off after a hot day. Not many accommodation venues on Tamborine Mountain have a pool. The owners live on...

Lovely spot to escape from the city. Lovely friendly owners and beautiful views. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Gumnut cottage with a lovely deck that overlooked the hills and the Gold Coast. Port and Chocolates was a lovely touch

We stayed in one of the suites and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were under repair when we were there, and there is no air conditioning in the room we were in, so a summer stay might be a bit hot. The friendly hosts and the scenery more than made up for that, though and I'd...

We stayed in the Gumnut Cottage for 2 nights in February 2015. The cottage is very peaceful and private away from the main house, with ample space - both bedrooms are a decent size, kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom has enough room. Comfy beds and lounge - great fire place for those cold winter nights. Hosts were...

Hillside is a homely retreat on the outskirts of the main Tamborine village and it is/was/is lovely. Stayed in Lyrebird Suite - it's not a 5 star luxury spa, it's a solid, comfy, welcoming place complete with a decanter of port, a great breakfast hamper and a peaceful setting in the hills/bush. There's a pool/spa as well, if needed. The...

Like being stuck in a spare room at a strange uncle's old brick shack with 70 year old decor and fading bedspreads.

Stayed here a couple of nights with our dogs (One of the only places on Mt Tamborine you can take them). The cottage had everything you needed to feel at home. Friendly owners.

We spent 2 nights in Gumnut Cottage. It's a good sized cottage with everything we needed. Comfortable bed with a lovely view out to the forest. Big verandah with a fantastic view down to the Gold Coast. The living area has 2 settees, TV, DVD player, radio etc, there is a dining table & chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped...
