From start to finish this trip to Camelot Cottage was as cruisy as the warm breezy weather that accommodated us on this trip to the Gold Coast Not a long drive from the coast ( 45 mins of beautiful country to look at on the way ) We were greater by the gorgeous Sarah who warmly greeted us and gave us the quick run down of what’s available for us to do in my tambourine Literally right across the road is a amazing polish restaurant with food and views to match , another 100 metres up the road is a cleared area upon the hill overlooking the most beautiful scenery ! Lots of people were bringing blankets and wine and enjoying the perfect sunsets overlooking the valley . I’m sure many a proposal or 2 have magically happened here ! Town is a short drive away and you have all the things you need with cafes, groceries & restaurants. One amazing Mexican restaurant El Burro Cantina, please check this out - we had a blast and the staff were hilarious and very cool, I’ll be writing a seperate review for them but the food & margaritas were arguably the best we’ve had There’s also an abundance of wineries, a glow worm tour and a must see is the surrounding waterfalls all within a short drive from here Onto the cottage Built on a beautiful vineyard plus fruit and avocado trees this cottage had everything you need, from the kitchen, Longue room, fire place, split system air conditioning, very comfortable bed and the huge spa bath ! We also noticed some hand rails in the bathrooms to accommodate the elderly This beautiful cottage really accommodates all types of travellers ! The only negative is that we could only stay the one night but we will return very soon

Really pleasant cottage that is so very well appointed. Awesome size spa bath, very relaxing. Size of the cottage is excellent, very spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all, like some others do. Bathroom was huge as well, and the fireplace was very welcome on our cold, wet night away. Very happy with stay, and will definitely come back again.

We stayed 2 nights in a queen room at the end of February 2021. Everything about Camelot was stunning from the gorgeous polished wood floors to the amazing gardens that can be viewed sitting outside on the balcony outside our room. The kindness of the hostess was wonderful as she gave us a warm welcome and advice on what to see and do. The attention to details in our beautiful room made us feel like honoured guests. Lovely soft bathrobes, classy comfortable accent chairs, soft comfy bed, top quality t/paper, tissues and bathroom products. Everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing time away in one of the most gorgeous places I’ve ever seen. We walked through rainforests to waterfalls and through amazing botanical gardens. So worth the visit! Thank you!

Thought we would check out Mount Tamborine and spend a night there. Could not have picked a better place to stay. Our room was cosy with just the right touches to make you feel welcomed. The location is central to shops and restaurants and a short drive to galley walk and national parks walks. We will look forward to a return visit.

We stayed in a lovely cottage whilst we were up at Mt Tamborine for a wedding last weekend. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well fitted out. The complex is convenient and near various local attractions. Sandra was very helpful in arranging transport for us to & from the wedding venue. The cottages are situated in a beautiful garden setting and there is a gazebo with an outdoor dining setting for bbq’s There is ample on site parking We would Highly recommend a stay in this well run accommodation.
