What a great place for a hunting camp. Surrounded by thousands of acres of prime hunting territory, this camp has everything going for it. Pleasant owners, professionally managed, spotless, comfy beds, updated appliances etc etc. What else could a bunch of hunters want for a week or two of fun? Nothing, this place has it all covered. Bay wolf lodge was a very clean camp with clean dependable boats and motors and the store was clean. The problem was there trophy pike lake has not been managed for years and the path in the forest was horribly unwalkable and dangerous. 5 hours walking. We have been coming to Bay Wolf Camp for 17 years and as always it is a memorable experience. Wendy and Al have always trerated us well. The accomodations are clean and comfortable the boats are clean and comfortable and the perfect size for Shinning tree lake. They also have boats on other lakes that you are welcome to use....

Al and Wendy are great operators who always have a few tips on where to get some fish. Cabins are always clean and well maintained, prices are reasonable also. Boats are always in top shape, have been going to bay wolf for last ten years and always have good fishing and good times. no shortage of birds during bird season...

We have tried other places over the years but we keep coming back to Bay Wolf because of the comfort and hospitalitly. Al and Wendy are great hosts and the accomodations are clean and comfortable,their equipment is safe and reliable,they provide maps of the lakes and hi-light the areas that are usually holding fish to help you find your catch....

We spent the first week of July at Bay Wolf Camp and loved it. Al and Wendy were the best hosts. The camp has very clean cottages and the amenities you need to be comfortable but not fancy.
