We just love this hotel. Went on another Travelzoo deal and this is our third visit and not disappointed again. Room was pleasant - in the annexe away from the main hotel, food was excellent and the deal which includes a choice of places to visit was brilliant too - we went to Blenheim Palace which was stunning! Hope these...

A comfortable hotel. Log fires burning make a warm cosy glow on a cold winters night. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu is varied and the food is more than adequate. Service in the restaurant is unhurried but not slow. Altogether a very pleasant stay and value for monet

Practicalities : In central Deddington with just about big enough car park to rear (plenty of on street parking otherwise). Bus to Banbury (half hourly) and Oxford (hourly)(£6.20 ret) from the Square. Reasonably disabled friendly though didn't see an accessible toilet and some rooms are upstairs – best to ask when booking. Rooms : Nice, well laid out and warm....

First impressions are lovely. A quaint bar with a roaring log fire and delightful staff made for an excellent start. We enjoyed teas and coffee before heading into the restaurant. Again, first impressions were good. The dining room was very attractive with a well laid table and linen napkins. The food was well prepared but a little uninteresting for our...

OK - so imagine you are the manager of The Deddington Arms. You like Tripadvisor because if it's a good review you can use it to give positive feedback to your colleagues and if its not so good, then you can spot opportunities to help the business improve. This headline and rating suggests "opportunities" but then the copy says -...

Stayed 2 nights at Deddington Arms Hotel with tickets to Bletchley Park. Excellent experience all round. Receptionists were both extremely helpful and we were very impressed with the staff in the bar and restaurant . Room was very comfortable and cosy and food in the restaurant was very good. Plenty of choice on the Market menu but you could mix...

Third visit to the Deddington Arms, each visit has been superb. Paul and his team make you feel very welcome, the superior rooms are lovely and spacious and the food is great. Certainly somewhere to recommend.

Spent two days at the Deddington Arms hotel which on the whole proved to be enjoyable. Lovely suite, courtesy tray could have been better. Bar had nice atmosphere. Food reasonable. One breakfast was unacceptable, the full english was totally overcooked and simply not noticed by the waitress! Most staff were well trained and pleasant. Other meals ok in the main....

We had booked a 'special' via Travelzoo which was for 2 nights bed and breakfast + evening meals and a ticket into Blenheim Palace. The Deddington Arms is an old converted coaching inn full of charm and extremely quaint. The hotel was everything we could have asked for :- run and staffed by nice people; room was comfortable and well...

We only came here for breakfast so cannot comment on the accommodation and evening meal. We didn't know if breakfast was still being served at 11:30 but when we asked the waiter rather sharply said that they were. We were shown to a table and given water, and had to wait a while for someone to take our order. We...

Booked late and had last room (21). Room was a bit on the small side but had everything you would need and was clean and welcoming. A bit of noise came through from above but nothing of great concern. They are near the end of a makeover in the main bar / Resturant area and it now looks quite a...
