This is like a motel. Clean spacious rooms. Helpful friendly staff. We were in Iceland for onle two days so stayed here to get a jump on golden circle tour. 15 kms from downtown. Ate dowtown. Slept here then off on the tour. Good stay.

I have staid at this hotel 3 times for over 5 days each. The location is good and it has a nice atmosphere. Most part of the people that stay there are travelers normally in couples or group of friends, what gives to this hotel a familiar environmental.

This hotel was not fancy but it was clean and the staff was so kind and inviting, even letting us check in early so we could rest. They even woke us up to see the Northern Lights, which from there were faint but definitely visible. The breakfast had everything you need to start your day, well stocked and several choices....

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Iceland road trip. It has easy access to the city but gives you a start on your road trip. We were hoping to see the northern lights but weren't so lucky. The small kitchenette was nice. They even thought of including a fire blanket. The pillows are relatively flat, which...

This hotel was everything we needed for our short stay in Iceland! The staff were super lovely, the room was large and the beds were comfy! It is right next to two grocery stores and the bus stop, which was quite nice. The breakfast is basic but very good, and overall we enjoyed everything about the hotel :)

This is an older hotel, not fancy but so cozy Andy super friendly. The workers and the guests are all so nice. Great location to see the northern lights. Front desk will set you up with any tours. Greyline was excellent. Breakfast is included. Saw the Northern Lights from our windows and parking lot. Easy 19-25 minutes into city.

From the hotel room you can see amazing landscape of the mountains, the area where the hotel is has everything you need, from restaurants to local shops. The room was spotless and warm, breakfast was really good and the people working there are really nice people who always will help you with everything you need.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2016 and I would 100% go back. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, not too far from Reykjavik but also far enough away to have more of a village feel about it. Shaun was very helpful and kind and advised us well with the local buses, saving us a lot of...
