We loved this hotel. The location is fantastic! Its almost directly opposite the Kuromon Market, 5 minutes walk to Nippombashi train station; Dotonbori and Namba.
Take a side turn from the hotel and you can walk to both Namba and Dotonbori very easily. The streets are connected. At Nippombashi, you can easily catch a train to Shin-Osaka (via Namba) to catch the JR trains or there is the Kinetetsu line that can take you directly to Nara Park in Kyoto. Very convenient!
The hotel is very generous. At the entrance to the lifts, they provide sachets of face cleanser, skin milk, lotions, shaver, combs, hair ties etc. Patrons can grab on their way to their rooms.
The room is relatively spacious (Japanese standards). Its clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a wee-bit squishy (typical of Japanese ensuite bathrooms) and its clean. I didn't see any mould!!
I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat!!

This hotel is a business traveler's gem, boasting a cool rooftop bar with stunning views. The buffet breakfast, a delightful mix of Western and Japanese comfort food, adds a delicious touch.
While the standard room suited my two-night stay, those planning a more extended visit might consider a larger room for added space. Conveniently located near the train station, downtown Osaka, and steps away from the market, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and accessibility.

This hotel is located just opposite to the famous Kuromon Market and the seafood there was amazing. You can also literally walk to all the major shopping malls and Dontonburi without having your sleep disturbed by all the nightlife. The shampoo bar and the pressure from the shower hose is also amazing. Would definitely stay there again next time.

Hotel location is fantastic, facilities and service are not. We booked here for two nights for three people and they crammed us into the worlds smallest room, we have never been so uncomfortable! We have been travelling Japan for three weeks as a three and have never been in a room like this. Couldn’t even close the door properly as the bed was so close to it the sheets would get caught. Staff weren’t the friendliest and didn’t seem to care that our card NEVER worked and we had to ask them ever time we wanted to go to our room to reactivate it. Free coffee and doughnuts which is common in Japan was non-existent on the doughnut front, and the coffee was horrific, one sip and poured it out. Would not recommend this hotel at all, only saving grace was that it was clean and a good location.

Location is good Rooms are small, booked room that stated sleeps 5, but it had 3 twin beds only and virtually no space to store/open luggage. Plus only 3 pillows and when asked for extra was told no? Also at check out asked front desk to call us a large taxi and was immediately told no. This hotel works from a mentality of “No” instead of striving to accommodate guests.
Do your research, if you get good price and have no expectations of service then it’s an option. But lots of other hotels in area.

We stayed 3 nights early on November 20th. After checking in the room, the heat in the heated room, booze the air, but the air can't cool, so ask the receptionist how to adjust the air. He said the air is the heating system of the hotel. It can't be adjusted. In the summer, we had to open the windows, so we open the windows, but because the hotel was on the road, the car noise all night.

Stayed here for one night and we really appreciate the great service from the front desk who helped us flagged a cab to take us to the train station bound for the airport.
The room is standard Japanese sized, but the bathroom does come with a tub. There is also a shelf at the lobby area that lets you choose from a range of shampoos and conditioners and take it up to your room in a basket. Quite fun!
It's also conveniently located right across Kuromon market and a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Overall it's not too bad for a hotel. See photos for reference.

We stayed in two other hotels in Japan, same style and budget but this was the worst of them. Its not bad, but overall, not very good either. Room is small just as any, or maybe a little smaller; not very well taken care of, the staff doesn't really speak English and they could not help us with any of our questions. Location is good. Across the street of the market and less than 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori, convenience stores around it.

This hotel was very well-located, close to the shopping, street eats, and the nightlife.
I spent one night in one of the double bed rooms and it was more than adequate. While the rooms are small, you have to remember that you’re in Japan, and not LA. Everything was clean and well-stocked. There is a Family Mart essentially next door, and the hotel is located near to two transit stations.
For the very affordable price & excellent location, this place can’t be beat.
