I stayed here to watch a live performance at K Arena Yokohama on March 20th.

I stayed in a City View Deluxe Twin smoking room on the 20th floor.

The room was spacious enough, with a shower booth and toilet with doors that made it seem like a private room, and a bathtub.

Even though the shower booth had a door, water flowed into the sink and the bath mat looked like it was going to get soaked.

I waited about 5 minutes to check in, and once I'd paid, I was able to check out very smoothly by simply returning the room key to the staff at the front desk.

Breakfast was a Tosca buffet.
I was looking forward to it, and couldn't find any details online, so my expectations were building.
It didn't disappoint and was very delicious.
However, I think the layout could be improved.
The seat was at the back of the salad section, but it was quite a hassle to walk behind it when it was crowded.

I just returned from a 4 nights' stay at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu and it was simply amazing! The location was impeccable, with Minatomirai Station located below with easy access to Yokohama Station. Queen's Square, a shopping mall, is also conveniently located below with shops and eateries. Plus within walking distance is the Nissin Ramen Cup Museum and the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouses. And a gorgeous view of the Port of Yokohama and the iconic Cosmo Clock 21!

The staff were so welcoming when checking in, checking out. Especially would like to compliment the lovely lady at the information counter at the lobby, sorry I didn't catch her name! I wanted to book the return journey to Haneda airport on the Keihin Kyuko Bus which we were to do via the bus website. Not having a clue how to go about it, I asked for assistance and the website booking stumped us both. However she went the extra mile to call up the limousine bus company instead and made a booking for me. Thank you so much!

You really couldn't ask for a better hotel than the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu! Great location, incredible views, transport convenience right at the doorstep, helpful and smiling staff :D

Tip: For those who would like to make a day trip to central Tokyo, Minatomirai Station has direct train lines to Shinjuku Station, Meiji-jingumae Station (Harajuku), Ikebukuro Station via the Fukutoshin line. Take the Express or Commuter Limited Express trains as they're faster and cost the same as the local trains, about 30 - 40mins.

I stayed here for four nights from July 30th. I had refrained from traveling to Yokohama for the past few years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but before that I would stay at well-known hotels in Yokohama every year, such as long-established hotels, hotels by the sea, and high-rise tower hotels. However, this hotel was not only great for the views and delicious food, but also for the wonderful hospitality of the staff, so I returned. I am impressed by the heartfelt service of the club lounge staff, who always greet us with a smile whenever we visit, as well as the staff at the basement driveway and arranging courier deliveries. The location, building, and facilities are important, but I realize that the most important asset for a company is its people. My family and I have talked about staying here every time we travel to Yokohama. I can't wait to come again. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The care of the club floor staff was very good. The doormen showed us when they arrived, prepared taxis when they left and saw them off when they left.
The room had a very nice balcony.
The request was for a bottle of Champagne during cocktail time, and about two bottles of water per person in the room.

It was very clean, had easy access to the surrounding facilities, and had a great view.
The bath, sink, shower booth, and toilet were all in one space, but they were separated inside and easy to use.

We only had breakfast, but there was a wide variety to choose from, and it was fun to have omelets cooked right in front of you and automatic pancakes.

The bed was a little hard for me.

This hotel has a balcony, which is rare even in Minato Mirai.
The hotel itself is a little old and the common spaces such as the lobby seem small, but it is well-cleaned and the staff are very helpful, making it a comfortable stay.
The common space has a tropical interior, but the rooms don't feel tropical at all; they give the impression of a nice hotel from a long time ago.
I wish the TV was a little bigger and had the modern wall-mounted style, but overall I was satisfied.
I'm not sure if there are several breakfast venues, but the restaurant I used had an omelette corner.

I don't have many opportunities to stay overnight as I live in the city, but I decided to stay in a room facing differently than the one I stayed in before. From the balcony, I could see the Bay Bridge and Osanbashi Pier in front, the Yokohama Intercontinental Hotel on the left, and the Ferris wheel on the right. After having dinner at Sizzler Landmark Plaza, I bought various foods and drinks at Seijo Ishii and other stores on the way, and the table was large and easy to use. It was sturdy and heavy, so it was difficult to move. For breakfast, I enjoyed the buffet. The made-to-order omelettes were cooked in two places, so I didn't have to wait long.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western dishes and was okay. The food was the same everyday so if you are looking for variety this would not be the best choice. Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious and clean room. It is very well connected to shopping mall and mrt. It also has a decent breakfast buffet. We are lucky to be in a room with the view of the ferris wheel. Thus, I will highly recommend family with kids to consider this hotel. We come directly from Narita airport via limousine bus so it also act as a perfect pitstop before traveling out.

I liked the Bay Club Floor, so I booked a Reservation the day before the three-day holiday and it was empty, so I stayed overnight. Just when you think it's empty, it's squirming and crowded. The older generation had no choice but to be surprised because they were all families and young couples. Times have changed.

Breakfast at BCF Lounge was delicious, both in quality and quantity. It's just a pity that it was so crowded and noisy here, too. Next time, you might want to stagger the time slots or ask for a room service.

Come to an adult place but have no connections? I recommend Xizi for dating girls in Tokyo, Japan. Japanese girls provide a full range of S services. If you see someone you like, you can spend cash in Japanese yen. No deposit or remittance is required. No fraud is allowed. You can book hotels and home delivery. Foreigners are accepted. You don’t need to know Japanese. You can make reservations in Chinese. Good news for foreigners TG:cc383 and Line:03828. The first choice for business trips and travel.
