Location right across the street from Pacifico North building of the convention center; very convenient. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was very good, though perhaps a bit pricey if not included in the room rate (¥2500). Cleaning service was optional, but they left fresh towels every day if you did not have service. Self-serve laundromat in the hotel, but no send-out laundry service. 7-11 convenience store right next to the hotel. Arrived early and not only did they store my luggage, they delivered it to the room before I came back to check in; excellent service!

I got the Bay View Grand Twin with breakfast. I went to Yokohama first with wife and a 3yo. I did not regret booking the room at all as I had space to sleep on the bed! The room came with a view of the Bay and the Ferris wheel, but it was also close to a condominium. Location wise, it is close to the Anpanman Museum and you need to stop at the Shin-takashima MM station. It is also 650meters to the Cosmoworld and Nissin Cup Noodles Museum. There are some tourist buses that stop at the hotel diagonally opposite but we didn't meet those timings. Carrying multiple luggages will be a slight issue as it is uncovered all the way to the station, but a 450meters walk.

I stayed at this hotel to deal with a nearby exhibition. The view from the front desk was excellent, and the rooms were spacious enough. The hotel is OK as long as you do not need to eat in the evening. If you do, avoid at all cost. If there is a private event at the restaurant, nobody gives a toss about the hotel guests. No room service. No restaurants nearby, only McDonalds. Everything closes by 10 pm. The staff would not help you to find a place to eat or make a booking but will point McDonalds out on the map if you really really ask them. Twice I went to the restaurant, twice it was closed for a private event.
