I stayed two nights to go to a Disney resort. I chose the cheapest twin room, but it was as small as a business hotel. The interior was particular, reminiscent of a cabin. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on both days because it was cold, but only the restaurant on the ground floor was open. I booked and enjoyed the buffet one day. The shop on the ground floor was handy because you could buy beverages, snacks and souvenirs. I think it's OK to stay again given the convenience to Disney Resort.

The room itself was large with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. I didn't really understand why the shower area had a frosted glass window that you could see into from the bedroom, maybe for natural light? It didn't feel very private.

I did like that there was a convenience store in the hotel.

My main issue with this hotel was that it wasn't very clean. The bath had a big wodge of someone else's hair in the plughole. I'm not convinced that the bath had been cleaned at all.

I was disappointed with this hotel and expected better.

This was my first time going to Disney, so I booked it just to sleep on the first day. There was a direct bus in the morning, but I was given a ride to the station to go to SEA. I thought breakfast might start a little late to go to Disney. I was in a bit of a hurry and couldn't have a leisurely cup of coffee, but that wasn't my purpose, so it was OK. My husband checked in, so I didn't ask him how it went, but the next day, the delivery of our luggage and the check-out were smooth, which was helpful. I think the room is a normal business hotel.

It was really awful for a Disney accredited hotel. The staff barely spoke English, no room cleaning, when we returned from the park the bed was not done, only changed the bath towels because I asked. The worst was NOT having a taxi to get to the airport. Our flight was 9am Air France indicated arriving 6h and we had to leave the hotel at 5:20. I went to the reception the morning of the day before the flight, ordered the schedule, when I returned at night from the park they informed me that I was "full booked" and that they could not schedule the taxi. The hotel bus does not operate at this time, nor the resort line. I felt trapped in the hotel and desperate at the risk of missing the flight. I appealed to the hotel management and the responsible employee kept the position and told me to "take my phone and order a taxi in the morning"! I'm still not sure if the manager really spoke and understood English. Worst experience of my life. I slept hard, 3:30 am I was looking if there was Uber and 4h got one and we went to the airport without any assistance from the hotel. Summarizing a lot of stress, little attention from the hotel and a disrespect to the guest who does not speak Japanese. Disney should discredit this hotel. The photo is one of the answers the manager gave me. Did not answer in English and put in the computer translator of the reception. Inacreditável.

Although there were some negative reviews, the service, facilities, and meals (dinner and lunch) were all very satisfying, and I think this is a very good value hotel at a reasonable price.
The rooms are a little small but well-maintained, and I was also impressed that the toilets have barrier-free sliding doors.
I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days because it was cheap and close to Disney. There were 2 adults and 2 elementary school students in a 2-person room, so it was a little small with a folding bed, but it was cheap so it was fine, and the room was decorated in an Alice-themed style and was cute. We didn't use the restaurant because we were staying overnight so we would have breakfast at Disney. There is a direct bus to the Land, so it's convenient that you don't have to go via Rizola. If you want to use your time and money efficiently, this is the place to go!

I stayed on my first trip to Disney in a long time on a birthday trip.
I Reservation on the official website for a short period of time before Reservation because there would be no attractions, but I think there was a slightly cheaper plan.

As for rooms, they could be used widely in twin rooms.
When it comes to the bathroom, there are many vestiges that seem to have been rooms of the unit bath in the past, and the floor and the bottom of the tub seemed to be too high.
Another chair is more convenient.

It was satisfying to hear about breakfast, because there were also three breakfast venues, so the intention was to spread out.
I was satisfied with the number of items and lingered too long, delaying my trip to Disney.

I thought it might be a bit difficult to understand if you are new to parking.
I also want an elevator.
It is difficult to know if it is OK to load and unload luggage at the car stop at the entrance of the hotel, I wanted the attendant to guide me if I was standing at the entrance.

I wanted a little more information about the building, and on the first day I arrived, I had a little trouble getting to my room.

I'd also like a little more shuttle buses.

There were no negative reviews in previous reviews, and we thoroughly enjoyed our great value accommodation package that included dinner and breakfast.
The interior and exterior have been renovated and are very clean, giving no impression that the hotel is 40 years old. I was also very impressed that the toilet had a sliding door.
Of the official hotels in Maihama, you could have a more extraordinary experience if you weren't concerned about spending too much, but for the average person (family), this is more than enough, and if you use the difference in price for souvenirs, I think you can enjoy Disney with good value for money.
I would like to use this again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Disney and enjoyed the convenience of being able to drop our bags off at the Welcome Centre to be sent to our room while we went to the park. We were travelling with 2 young children so being close to the parks and having free shuttles were nice perks for us. The rooms were nice and clean but the decor seemed dated. This hotel was also cheaper than the other Disney hotels so if convenience is important to you then this is a good option.

The room was spacious and easy to stay in with children. There was a Disney shop and a convenience store inside the hotel, which were open for long hours and very convenient. It was very helpful that they were open even when we came back from playing at Disneyland right up to the last minute.
It was also very helpful that there was a free shuttle bus between Maihama Station, the hotel, and Disneyland.
I liked that we could choose between Japanese and Western food at the breakfast buffet.
It was my child's first time at Disneyland, and he seemed to enjoy it very much. I would like to use this hotel again.
