We were presently surprised by this hotel having booked a last minute deal. It’s ideal for accessing Disney (Sea particularly), it’s quiet and the rooms are spacious with modcons like USB chargers.

One highlight was they transferred our luggage free of charge to the DisneyLand Resort hotel for our second night as they are one of the resort hotels.

We didn’t eat there (used Uber Eats) but the hotel and restaurants were quiet.

Overall much better value than the Disneyland resort and less industrial feeling; would recommend

This hotel is ideal for people who enjoy staying at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is designed to provide a comfortable stay for couples, friends, families, international visitors, and diverse groups. It is especially suitable for those who prefer a relaxing and elegant time and space after spending time at the Disney Resort.

Have plenty of fun and magic at the Disney Resort until the night. Then, take the Disney Resort Line, and when you arrive at the station, a cute Mickey bus will be waiting for you. Large rooms, spacious bathrooms, and super comfortable beds.

Buffet breakfast with a choice of one of two very spacious and comfortable restaurants. Look out over the open courtyard and have a strategy meeting for the day. You and your companion/family will be in good health and sure to get some good ideas.

If you settle your purchases in the hotel without using your room number, you can use the simplified check-out process. Put your room key in the box in the lobby and check out in one second. With the ingenious system, no need to make your companion/family wait in the lobby.

In addition, the rooms are equipped with "Noritake" teacups and black/green tea bags. The "Noritake" teacups feature pure gold rim decorations, so you can have a fantastic "tea party" in a room that would envy Alice.

Have a wonderful trip!

We, party of three, stayed at this hotel on July 5-6. I have to say the staff at this hotel are so polite, helpful, and extremely well-trained.

When we arrived to the hotel by the Disney shuttle bus, staff outside at the front entrance nicely greeted us and was ready to lend us hands for our trolley. When we were checking in, we were told our 5 pieces of luggages transferred from Disney resort are already in our room! How proactive and helpful they are! I stayed at other hotels with same star level and they would only hand you your transferred luggages at check-in.

During my 2 days of stay, I need several assistance from the staff, in term of travel recommendation and luggage transfer. Again, efficient and timely service from the staff. I remember when we were leaving, the shuttle bus was late which was kind of unusual. Staff walking by saw the line of people and tried to comfort guests that “the bus will be here soon”.

I feel like I am a guest at this hotel. Great job training at Okura! Thank you for the exceptional services.

The most experience was nice, especially the meals and staffing at the restaurant were lovely. Fontana the main dining was cozy and quiet, we enjoyed a great dinner with professional service.
But the front desk was horrible. They didn't show which cost will be subject to the hotel points. I think this accommodation does not have integrity.
If you are a mileage runner or point collector, please avoid this hotel.
Totally different from The Okura Tokyo.

The hotel has a great location right near the monorail, Disneyland and Disney Sea. The staff were amazing and the lobby has a convenience store situated in the lobby. However, the hotel could do with a total revamp. The carpet was stained and threadbare in the guest room, the wallpaper was peeling - it was very rundown looking. Worst of all though was the bed. It was as hard as a rock. We thought it might just be a Japan thing but the next two hotels had very comfortable beds so it was definitely just this hotel. It made it very difficult to sleep as it was literally like sleeping on a block of wood. We wouldn’t return to this hotel unfortunately, despite the lovely staff as it desperately needs a renovation. Not worth the money!

After reading the various reviews of the hotel, I was rather skeptical about the stay but i would say overall the hotel is well acceptable if one likes to be close to the theme parks, Disneyland and Disney Sea.

The hotel is just across the theme park monorail station which makes it very convenient. Check in was fast and upon entering the room, I was impressed with the size despite the dated decor but the room is well maintained. The only problem I had with the room is the very hard bed even for someone who likes bed on the hard size. Otherwise everything is good about the room.

What I found also missing in this hotel compared to other Japanese hotels is the lack of self service laundry and also lack of onsen which would be a relief after long day at the theme parks.

Breakfast spread is good but a little pricey.

Overall service is very good. No matter the environment, food quality, interior design, location are excellent. However, only want to highlight the language barrier when I told with room service, it has some communication breakdown.

Clean, reasonably near to Disneyland

We stayed at Okura for 2 nights and everything was pleasant. We had our room ready when we went back around 6pm. Check in was easy.

Room: size was big in Japan standard and we could have a spare bed for our 6 year old toddler and place to place 2 big luggages.
However bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But overall no major complaints.

Breakfast: simple, not extensive but also good enough.

Overall will suggest if room rates are reasonable. Hotel is old but well maintained and clean.

We booked this hotel through Agoda. Terrible experience. The price online showed $200 per night and a 5 star hotel. I felt the hotel was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. Amenities were lacking. Agoda ending up charging us $3000 for 3 nights. They will not refund the overcharge for what I would call a 3 star hotel so I’m sure this impacts my opinion of what we experience as an extremely overpriced hotel.

Excellent hotel.
We stayed here as a family group of 25.

There’s Hourly bus shuttles to the main shopping centre. There’s a great supermarket here to stock up on supplies as there’s not a lot to eat at hotel, also lots of great dinner options.

The mono rail to Disney land and Disney sea is right across the road.

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are HUGE!
With an even bigger bathroom. They have a small ‘kitchenette’ with a fridge.
If you’re travelling with kids, I’d highly recommend this hotel.
