Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay garners praise for its exemplary service, as the staff's politeness and attentiveness are frequently highlighted, although there are a few mentions of staff being less informed about airport transfers. The hotel offers spacious rooms and is lauded for its cleanliness, yet some guests note the need for updated decor. While the location is praised for convenience and competitive pricing, opinions are mixed regarding value due to the dated amenities. Family-friendly touches are well-received, but the hotel's lack of a pool and limited food options have been called out by some visitors.

Based on the location, the size of the rooms and the facilities, I think we were able to stay at a very reasonable price. Thank you for upgrading your room.
I was able to relax very slowly and the bath is also very nice with separate bathtub and shower room.
I was also very grateful for the service of having a drink during my stay, and the luggage I left at Maihama station was very helpful for letting me in my room.
This time, I didn't eat, but I thought it would be nice to arrive at the hotel late at night and find food and other items on sale that I could eat in my room.
Next time, I would love to enjoy the meal.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the red cover under the bed mattress?, one of the bedclothes, the folds were very wrinkled.

We were presently surprised by this hotel having booked a last minute deal. It’s ideal for accessing Disney (Sea particularly), it’s quiet and the rooms are spacious with modcons like USB chargers.

One highlight was they transferred our luggage free of charge to the DisneyLand Resort hotel for our second night as they are one of the resort hotels.

We didn’t eat there (used Uber Eats) but the hotel and restaurants were quiet.

Overall much better value than the Disneyland resort and less industrial feeling; would recommend

I use this hotel when I go to Disney with my family, and it's always a pleasant stay.
The staff are very friendly and kind to children, and they often give me great suggestions, which I'm very grateful for.
This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room, so even with a small child we could sleep peacefully at night, and it was very helpful to be able to use the family bath!
There was a little dust in the recess at the top of the wall, but it was not within the reach of a child, so it was within the acceptable range.

My daughter, who is a picky eater, eats a lot at this breakfast buffet, and both my husband and I have seconds of the French toast every time.
We are planning to stay here again in the summer for my daughter's birthday trip, so I'm looking forward to it!

As other reviews mentioned, a dated hotel. But room was large and comfortable. Odd layout: 2 adjacent full beds on opposite sides of the room for our family of four. There was a door in the room that led to a wall. A blind to the bathroom could be lifted and lowered from outside of the bathroom for some reason. Pillowcase had a subtle stain. Bathroom was large and nice, but as the hotel warns you, be careful because the marble floor can be slippery. There was a minifridge. Checkin and room assignment time 3pm, and they wouldn't assign a room earlier - not unexpected, so no problem there. We did 'check in' however at 1pm and left our baggage at the concierge so we could go to Disney. On return in the evening, room was assigned and bags were already delivered. Maybe due to it being New Year's, one of the only options to eat at was their upscale restaurant Fontana - we paid 2200 yen for a plate of spaghetti with ketchup and hot dogs. This is spaghetti napolitana, and it's a real thing - I thought they tried to substitute red sauce and sausage on us, but I was wrong. The next night we walked over to the adjacent Sheraton and had a much better meal at Grand Cafe in the lobby. Staff did not have an idea how to get us to Narita Airport by 7am - a couple different employees said taxis don't run overnight. They suggested the limousine bus but the first departure was at 714am or so. Another suggestion was to walk 30 minutes with our luggage to the Maihama metro station, since the hotel shuttle to the metro wouldn't be running that early. A quick web search yielded a website called Nearme - booked a shuttle for 6am, and they were right on time (cost was 25000 yen). Uber is another option, though I couldn't make a reservation the night before - looks like it was 'on demand' only. The Japanese app 'Go' looked like it could also book an airport shuttle for you. Basically the hotel was convenient to Disney (I preferred a Disney hotel for early entry but they were sold out), room was large and clean and quiet, hotel staff were polite but unhelpful re airport transfer information, and I was able to use some reward points to lower the room cost. I would stay here again in a bind, but not my first choice.

We stayed here on the last day of our Disney trip, and after arriving at the hotel in the evening, we were able to buy a delicious bento lunch box and relax in the room.
The two beds were pushed together, so it was spacious even when sleeping with our children.
Check-out was at 12 o'clock, so our children were delighted to enjoy a bubble bath in the large bath when they woke up in the morning.
The limousine bus to Haneda Airport was quickly booked over the phone, and they were also kind enough to help us with our luggage, so we were able to feel the quality of a long-established hotel.

We stayed here for two nights from December 21st. Since we had just had fun at Sea, we checked in late, just after 9am. The luggage we had sent by courier was in the room, and the room rank had been upgraded, so we were very happy. This happened at the breakfast restaurant. The person in charge of egg dishes (omelettes and omurice) was very kind to my grandson. Even though he was busy, he made the omurice while explaining the procedure to me. The next morning, when my grandson and I lined up at the egg dish counter, he said, "You came yesterday too, didn't you?" And they decorated the omelet with Mickey Mouse with ketchup. I was excited from the morning and had a fun day.

The hotel's breakfast buffet has the same menu, but the hospitality is the best, so it feels good.

In fact, when I watched the egg dish person serving the customers afterwards, I saw that he was kind to other children and I thought he was a wonderful person.

(The egg dishes are popular and there was a constant line of people.)

Then, the room cleaning person left my child's toothbrush in a cup in the bathroom before going out.

After cleaning, the child's toothbrush was placed on top of a mini towel folded in half. It's very thoughtful.

Next time I go to Disneyland, I will stay at Okura Bay.

It's a long-established hotel with a lot of hospitality.

(The facilities are a little old, lol)

I feel safe.

I recommend it.

Maihama Station ↔︎The hotel shuttle bus was convenient. I only used the official hotel, but I thought it was so easy to go through to the front desk.
Rooms were somewhat retro but clean, with a riffa showerhead (depending on room grade) and a high-rise hairdryer, though not a riffa. It was a pleasant surprise because it was not mentioned in the room description. It was a room that felt like trying to recover something old. I could see Cinderella Castle in the distance from my room.
Notable is the Okura specialty French toast from the breakfast buffet. It was tempting to repeat the wide selection without being too luxurious while having a general sense of luxury.

The guest room was deluxe.
With three beds and two types of sofa, it was the perfect space for a family of three.
All three could relax and there was plenty of space to do what they wanted.

There were face masks in the bathroom and gel soap in the bath for making a bubble bath. Surprisingly, many hotels don't provide these things, so I was happy.

If I could be greedy... I would have liked an HDMI input on the TV. I wanted to be able to connect my child's Switch.

This was my third time here. Even if I wanted to have dinner there, it's always fully booked, so if you make a reservation online in advance, it's smooth and reliable. Since I have small children, they have a Japanese-style room, and I think the biggest attraction is that they have a large private bath. They also have breakfast that you can eat in your room, which is useful even if you have to leave early in the morning. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, so I had a very enjoyable time. Thank you!

As the two men in black looked at each other, I could hear if they were badmouths. The waiter comes in and refills the item without even speaking next to the customer.
There were few items. There was a bug in the shower booth and the guest room attendant extended it and responded.
