I was able to relax very slowly and the bath is also very nice with separate bathtub and shower room.
I was also very grateful for the service of having a drink during my stay, and the luggage I left at Maihama station was very helpful for letting me in my room.
This time, I didn't eat, but I thought it would be nice to arrive at the hotel late at night and find food and other items on sale that I could eat in my room.
Next time, I would love to enjoy the meal.
The only thing that bothered me a bit was the red cover under the bed mattress?, one of the bedclothes, the folds were very wrinkled.
One highlight was they transferred our luggage free of charge to the DisneyLand Resort hotel for our second night as they are one of the resort hotels.
We didn’t eat there (used Uber Eats) but the hotel and restaurants were quiet.
Overall much better value than the Disneyland resort and less industrial feeling; would recommend
The staff are very friendly and kind to children, and they often give me great suggestions, which I'm very grateful for.
This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room, so even with a small child we could sleep peacefully at night, and it was very helpful to be able to use the family bath!
There was a little dust in the recess at the top of the wall, but it was not within the reach of a child, so it was within the acceptable range.
My daughter, who is a picky eater, eats a lot at this breakfast buffet, and both my husband and I have seconds of the French toast every time.
We are planning to stay here again in the summer for my daughter's birthday trip, so I'm looking forward to it!

The two beds were pushed together, so it was spacious even when sleeping with our children.
Check-out was at 12 o'clock, so our children were delighted to enjoy a bubble bath in the large bath when they woke up in the morning.
The limousine bus to Haneda Airport was quickly booked over the phone, and they were also kind enough to help us with our luggage, so we were able to feel the quality of a long-established hotel.

The hotel's breakfast buffet has the same menu, but the hospitality is the best, so it feels good.
In fact, when I watched the egg dish person serving the customers afterwards, I saw that he was kind to other children and I thought he was a wonderful person.
(The egg dishes are popular and there was a constant line of people.)
Then, the room cleaning person left my child's toothbrush in a cup in the bathroom before going out.
After cleaning, the child's toothbrush was placed on top of a mini towel folded in half. It's very thoughtful.
Next time I go to Disneyland, I will stay at Okura Bay.
It's a long-established hotel with a lot of hospitality.
(The facilities are a little old, lol)
I feel safe.
I recommend it.

Rooms were somewhat retro but clean, with a riffa showerhead (depending on room grade) and a high-rise hairdryer, though not a riffa. It was a pleasant surprise because it was not mentioned in the room description. It was a room that felt like trying to recover something old. I could see Cinderella Castle in the distance from my room.
Notable is the Okura specialty French toast from the breakfast buffet. It was tempting to repeat the wide selection without being too luxurious while having a general sense of luxury.
With three beds and two types of sofa, it was the perfect space for a family of three.
All three could relax and there was plenty of space to do what they wanted.
There were face masks in the bathroom and gel soap in the bath for making a bubble bath. Surprisingly, many hotels don't provide these things, so I was happy.
If I could be greedy... I would have liked an HDMI input on the TV. I wanted to be able to connect my child's Switch.

There were few items. There was a bug in the shower booth and the guest room attendant extended it and responded.
