I just want to write my praise for the staff at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel for the 3 day 2 nights package. It was really great, the room, services, breakfast and best of all Disneyland and DisneySea.
The services were top notch, and they accommodate every requests for you, holding your luggage while waiting for the room, check in/out were super efficient, spotless cleaning, and really good amenities.
They booked and organised the bus for us to take us to Narita for our flight on the last day, and here come the drama.
On the last day morning, we arrived at the bus stop 5 mins before the bus arrive, and my son realised he lost his phone somewhere (nothing important, phone not connected, just purely for him to take photos and games), so I told the staff and they rushed back inside the hotel room with me, check everywhere, even gone into the restaurant (where we had breakfast earlier) to check, and unfortunately, we could not find it, so we decided to leave it and just bad luck, since the bus arrived and need to get on with our flight.
We took our flight and arrived home around 8-9pm, and I opened my email, and I cannot believe my luck, they sent me an email to say they found our phone, and will send it back via DHL/EMS asap, and we got it back in a week later.
I cannot express how much appreciation for them, and they don't have to help us as much, but they did it with every possible way and even courier back to me overseas.
I just would like to say thank you to all the staff (especially Housekeeping, Bell Desk and Concierge) at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, and cannot express as much appreciation as I can.
When you go to Tokyo Disneyland, a stay at one of their hotel for the experience is a must (give you more free time, and no rush)
Importantly, the Fastpass within the package is a must.

Absolutely love the hotel for its close proximity to Disneyland (it is right in front of Disneyland) and their very clean and big rooms! The rooms were lovely and very well equipped. Adults pyjamas and bedroom slippers were provided for both adults and children. There were also full set of bathroom amenities and souvenirs to be taken home.

Breakfast was quite good and a wide variety too. The kids loved the ham that was in the shape of Mickey Mouse (both yummy and pleasing to see!).

There is also an official Disney gift shop just beside the lobby so you can skip the crowd in Disneyland to buy the same things there.

The only little down side for this hotel was that the retrieving of bags from the bag service took a really long time and we waited for almost an hour to get our bags (we left the bags with the service after checkout to go into Disneyland again)

Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and their services. I will definitely consider staying here again if I am going to Disney.

Magic started when we pulled up at the driveway, the bell boys rushed forward to take our luggage from the cab and then open the stroller for the threenager to sit in. WOWZERS. Sounds right out of a disney film but that's exactly what you get, only at disney.

I didn't know that check in was only at 430pm but check in was alright with iced beverages handed out as we queued. Booked two types of rooms, a character and the normal room. Lovely interior and beds were comfy. Even the trundle was comfy!
Kudos to the house keeping for delivering our missing lego to our next hotel!

Breakfast at Sherwood Gardens was a delicious affair - try getting as many mickey themed dishes as possible! Lunch was equally good though pricier.

Would love to stay here again, for the convenience and great service. Major plus point - express check out in the comfort of the room. AND the bell boys came up with a box specially to store our laptop before transferring it to Miracosta. Amazing service.

First we arrive and we have a ok check in everything is fine until we get to our room where there is two king single beds for 5 people and we paid 600 for one night then we some how manage to find beds for everyone uncomfortable. Then we go to dinner and all the places are booked out (excepted a hotel around no restaurants should accommodate it’s guests), so we go up to our room and order room service which has an ok menu but impossible to use on the tv took about 20 just to order then it took 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived it was cold but the onion soup was nice but the burger and chicken was cold and had the strangest things chuck with it like chicken nuggets with the burger then we looked at the bill and they had added a 30 dollar extra charge which was not the delivery.

Cons

Staff bossy

Overall the Tokyo Disney resort was a major honeypot and really overpriced with bad food and rooms you just pay for the Disney name.

Perhaps the perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo Disneyland. However, you have be 4 persons in your group to get your money's worth. The room rate is calculated for 4 person and the beds in the room could turn into 4 beds. The amenities are cute but the shampoo/conditioner/etc provided were ironically for 1 person. They'd be happy to provide more if you ask though. The hotel is basically Disney allover with a high ceiling lobby. The themed room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast isn't included in the room but they also wouldn't offer your option when you check in. Figure out yourself. There are some restaurants within the property and you have to make reservation. We weren't able to avail of the breakfast buffet at the Sherwood Garden but we were able to book for lunch. It's not worth the money. The food options were like leftovers from from the breakfast buffet with more added deserts. It's my friend's birthday so I told the check in counter lady if there are any special things for that. I was handed a menu where I could order exorbitantly priced meals. I asked if there are any simpler things. Then I was told to order from the room-- like room service. Oh well. All in all, while it was a nice experience, it's not something that I would be longing for.

Having stopped in many 5 star hotels and knowing how much I paid for this one (and I was very excited about our first trip to Disney!) this hotel did not disappoint from the first minute. It looks like you are arriving at a princess castle, the attention to detail inside and out is mind blowing, the food was amazing (including Mickey Mouse plates) and the staff were very efficient considering the staggering number of people in this hotel.
We booked a Tinker Bell room which was so spacious with two kids (7&8) the decor was so cute, the toiletries, and slippers were also Mickey themed so after 3 long days walking around parks it was so comfortable to have such a great space to relax in
We visited the main restaurant for a set menu (can’t remember its name). It was pricey but after I believe 7 courses it was faultless and then staff were so attentive and professional so it’s well worth a visit (there is even a kids set menu which my kids actually ate!)
I highly recommend the vacation package. I know it’s costly, but the amazing hotel, early park entry, fast passes, free drinks plus cute little gifts for the kids made it well worth it and if you have young kids it just have saved us at least 4 hours a day in queues so the longest we queued for was about 30 minutes. Happy kids, happy adults!
Thanks you Disneyland hotel for living up to my high expectations, your beautiful hotel is the best I have ever stayed in

We stayed in a Standard Deluxe Room on the first floor for three nights and loved it! The room was a lot bigger than we expected and comfortably fit the two twin sized beds + a trundle bed + a couch. The beds were comfortable although I did feel that the mattress on the trundle was slightly softer (and slightly more to my liking) than the regular beds.

Being on the first floor, I was worried about the noise but it was pretty quiet. The beds were far enough from the door that any noise from people walking by was minimal. Not having to wait for elevators or navigate stairs was perfect - the Disney rail station and entrance to Disneyland was a quick walk down the hall, out the door, and across the courtyard.

The room amenities are great (toiletries, water, reusable bags, tea/coffee) and replenished daily. The room comes with adult sized pajamas and kid ones can be requested. There were room slippers for both kids and adults…our daughter (7) was thrilled to have her own pair!

Happy Entry is a great perk although it only applies to Disneyland. I think guests staying at the Miracosta get Happy Entry for DisneySea. The room also comes with monorail passes so that was very helpful as well.

If you’re going to spend time in other parts of Japan, if you have multiple (or large) suitcases, I highly recommend sending your luggage to your next hotel instead of trying to deal with it on the trains. The home delivery service office can help you. We dropped off our bags on Saturday before we checked out and they were delivered to our next hotel the next day.

We’d definitely stay here again on a future trip!

The staff who helped me check-in doesn't speak much English, but she used a translator machine to help me understand. There was a guide to take us to our room and offered to bring us more postcards so each of us gets a set. The room and hotel has lots of Disney details in its decor. The room has a set of toothbrush, small plastic rinsing cup, slippers to take home. The room also has two complimentary reusable plastic Disney bags. Our room has a nice view of the park area. Guests also have free passes to enter the park minutes earlier the next day, which is a great help to skip the long queues of people lining up to get in the park. We were able to store our luggage in the lobby area the next day when we play at the park and pick them up end of day. It is a truly magical experience, even for adults! The room is very expensive but I think it's worth every penny, I can't wait to be back again!

The best I can say is underwhelming. The lobby itself is all Disney and all that that entails, but when it comes to the rooms (Beauty and the beast suite) it was like staying at a cheap budget hotel. the room was larger but with a very awkward layout that had to beds that where so small that if you put two adults in them one would be falling off. The only thing different for the room was the area that had the wallpaper that had the room's theme on it that helped in a small way to make the room fit the Disney style. Now dinning at the hotel was a huge disappointment the food @ Garden was so bad that is was a running joke and they bid put some Disney looking food out that was so bad that I walked away after paying a huge price to get in still very hungry and I'm not foodie so I'm not normally picky. Now check in is at 3pm and not 1 minute earlier and that's fine but because everyone looks to check in at that late time the lines are crazy and slow. and if you store your bag then you have to wait 30 mins plus to get them to you as you site waiting in lobby. So if you're willing to pay a huge price for all the above well it seems many people do and say thank you for it. But I'm not telling you not to stay just don't have any medium and or high expectations for this property.

We stayed 2 nights at concierge turret room and 1 night a concierge cinderella room during Easter.

The turret room had a very nice view, including the park, the monorail, the JR rail and bon voyage. The room is a very long walk from the elevator, but the view totally worths it. Some of my kids like this room even more than the hababal room at MiraCosta, because they can see the monorail train. It was a pity that for both nights we stayed, the firework was cancelled so we couldn't enjoy it from our room.

Cinderella room was big and nice, although the view can't be compared with the turret room. We had room service breakfast, which was delivered on time at our requested time, and helped us to get on the limousine bus on time. We can also choose to have breakfast at Sherwood, although we didn't. The room service breakfast was good, especially there was a coffee drink (they give a bottle of condensed coffee and a bottle of milk to mix with, but I forgot the name) which was extremely good.

Concierge room includes access to the lounge, which was really great (although I like the MiraCosta lounge a bit more). Breakfast was very good too (similar to BellaVista lounge breakfast at MiraCosta). Staff are generally nice and kind, and there were a few really stunningly charming staff at the lounge.

I will remember this stay. Thank you Tokyo Disneyland Hotel for giving me the wonderful memory.
