We used this hotel on a family trip to Tokyo. 6 people. 2 beds + 2 futons in a tatami room. The room itself was not small and was nicely cleaned. Anyway, the breakfast was very varied and satisfying. I was especially surprised and happy that there was Japanese food (sashimi). There were tableware and chairs for small children, and baby cushions for babies, so we could eat without worry. Also. As for employee training, I think it would be better if they provided more thorough training on the consideration of hotel staff, as this is not a cheap business hotel.
Points to improve: 1. The adjacent bath included in the package is a bit far and expensive. Also, I think it should be clearly stated for foreigners that tattoos are not allowed. How many stickers do you need to cover them up?! 2. I would like to see a kids' space set up within the facility. 3. I would like to see room service provided. When I get hungry at night and it's a hassle to go to the adjacent room, I would like to eat slowly in my room. 4. I would like to see a facility where guests can drink late at night.

Location is great for the Tokyo Bay area as there is public transportation within walking distance. There is also a great mall with Kirin Bar, a food hall and retail shops nearby
Decent sized room with enough space for my luggages. Comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, would have loved extra pillows in the room though. The bathroom amenities were superb
Breakfast was extensive with a lot of variety and tasty too. Breakfast was served at two different spots to handle the crowd (due to it being New Years' weekend)

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Tokyo. I chose it because I wanted to go to Toyosu fish market the next morning since I figured I'd have an odd sleep schedule from jet lag the first few days. It can be a little difficult to get to from Narita, I took a limousine bus to another hotel then took a taxi the rest of the way. They may have some more direct lines open now. I think the location is good for a few days if you know you specifically are attending events in the area.
I was a late check in due to flight and travel time. They have automated check in machines, didn't work for me but the staff helped me manually. For some reason the credit card machines were having issues.
I had a small, reasonably priced room. I think it's on par with a lot of the Japanese hotels in terms of size. It had no closet space, but it was acceptable. I was on the sixth floor which has the laundry machines and also has an entry way that leads directly into the mall and restaurant floor. They also have an onsen which I didn't get a chance to use with my busy schedule.
Convenience store across the street. It was walkable to Toyosu Fish Market and teamLab Planets. The humidity those days I was there was pretty bad, but there's nearby train stops about equal distance in both directions. It's by an Arena where there's concerts and tennis matches. Not too far the DiverCity mall where the Unicorn Gundam statue is. There's also the Small World miniatures museum nearby. There was some big weekend events going on the days I was there that caused the lobby and mall to be crowded.
I did the breakfast my last day there. I had daily vouchers because that was what was available when I was reserving, but had other plans. It was alright, nothing too fancy but lots of tables and some variety of foods and beverages. I moved to the Hilton Tokyo after a few days stay to be closer to other things I wanted to see. It was good for the purpose of my itinerary. I would say 3.5 stars. Not a luxury experience, but not a bad one either.

STAY AWAY from this hotel. They clean and change bed linens only TWICE a week Friday and Monday. The double room is tiny, the location is far away from the main tourist attractions and the staff have an attitude.

I stayed for work from 3 to 8 March in this hotel, near the Tokyo Big Sight, fair area. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is good, the rooms are very nice and clean with even a heated toilet bowl and pajamas. I gave 5 stars because, a 15-hour flight away from home, it is a good place to feel at ease with the necessary services and comforts. Metro and buses nearby, there is a shopping center next door. Excellent experience, I will definitely return for work. Arigato🇯🇵✨

This is located in a beautiful place in odaiba but is a bit far from attractions. Looking at the pictures of the hotel, i thought there was a pool and spa we could use but we had to pay extra fee for using the bath house . Clean and friendly staff but overall not as good value as we had hoped.

There are problems with customer service attitudes and systems. I had booked two nights in a row and paid in advance. I was asked to type from an automated terminal near the entrance, but I got an error and couldn't check in. If you tell them at the face-to-face front desk, they will say 'Don't worry. I have your name," and I got my breakfast pass and card key. Unknown why auto-check-in was not possible with terminal equipment. I was anxious when they told me to be safe./ Next morning, at the breakfast venue, I said "two" in Japanese, but English! And he said, 'Follow the guidance of the waitress in the back and take your seat.' Why English I don't know if he replied./ When I noticed I hadn't gotten my breakfast pass for the second night and told the front desk, they said I hadn't stayed for two nights in a row and asked me to check out. When I asked him to check again, he said, 'Don't worry. You can use your room as it is.' Isn't that weird in the language? / I tried to get on the elevator for the second night in a row and the card key didn't respond. It seems to be another unexplained error and I told the front desk to change it to a new card key./ I was watching the hotel information from the TV in my room, and I will give you a guest voucher for the adjacent Ariake Garden upon check-in. I heard an announcement saying, "I'm late to notice it, and I said I didn't get it when I checked out. I was given a date that was valid only for today, so I didn't use it anymore. In the end, none of them had an apology. We stayed at a hotel without any security.

In order to reach this hotel I had to pass immigration first. After immigration there’s a door leading to a big room. Go pass the information counter and it’s inside the Haneda garden area, newly operated in 2023.
I got the free public bath ticket which is a little hard to find. First I had to reach 6th Floor to find the elevator to the bath house which is in 12th floor. The check in and check out process is not very user friendly since the people in the counter speaks little English. It has men and women section. The hot bath itself is very enjoyable with lots of people naked. The room itself is small but clean. Overall it’s an ok place if you want to rest for a long layover. The shops closed at 8 pm.

I read reviews beforehand saying it was a "heartless hotel," "service like a convenience store clerk," and "you're just treated like a bunch of people," and I completely agree. We interacted with several people over our three-day, two-night stay, but the rude attitude of all the front desk staff was unbelievable, which really put a damper on our anniversary. The facilities were average, so maybe it would be better if you just thought of it as a low-quality convenience store when you checked in? We were looked down upon the whole time, to the point that I wondered if we were prison guards, and my husband was angry.
We will never go again.
