The staff here is very helpful and friendly. All COVID-protocols are strictly, but politely, maintained and the facilities are very clean. My room wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny, either. Nice balcony, always fresh and clean linens and towels each day and the breakfast buffet was ok. If you only speak English, you might have a hard time trying to re-program the television to English but no overall complaints. Mini-fridge, microwave oven, iron, ironing board and toiletries in the room upon arrival.

We booked a suite so we had more space and a kitchen if needed to take leftovers or take out home, and a sofa for relaxing in the evening. It was very affordable and we didn’t mind the train journey to and from as you’re generally going against the tide. You can get a day pass for the Rinkai line which will allow you to go to the nearby Diver City mall which has lots of restaurant options as well as some decent shopping. It was very easy to get in and out of the city.
The room itself was very spacious and had amazing views from the 18th floor. There are plentiful amenities such as razors, sun screen, face masks and toothbrushes in the lobby as well as very helpful staff. Check in and check out can be done via machines but there is always someone there to help you. The6 will also help you book airport transfers.
The only thing that we felt let the hotel down was the restaurant (extremely limited menu) and the breakfast. Breakfast is in a long, narrow dining room which doesn’t have much space for the volume of guests or staff to easily manoeuvre. There were lots of options, but western style breakfast was very minimal and the toasters took a very long time. The food was nice but most of the hot options were barely lukewarm. It all felt a bit stressful although we were well fed.

I spent a week here for business, and it was a fairly good experience. I can't rate check-in because my reservation was messed up, not the hotel's fault, and it took a while to resolve; plus they only had a smoking room left and I had requested non-smoking. Fortunately there was only a faint whiff of smoke upon entering the room.

The room itself is pretty small, which I expected. There was a chair and enough desk space to work. My room was low (3rd floor) and rather dark, a higher or differently placed room would get more light. The bed and bathroom amenities were fine. I suspect that it would be cramped for two people; for a single it was OK.

The breakfast buffet is quite nice with a good selection. There's a convenience store on the second floor for snacks or liquids, and a first floor lunch/dinner restaurant; its menu was rather limited, but what they offer they seem to do well.

It's about 5 minutes walking distance to stations for two rail lines, the Rinkai line and the Yurikamome line. Access from Haneda airport is quite simple via monorail and the Rinkai. It's also quite close to the Big Sight convention center.

All the pictures online sadly does not depict the actual state of this hotel. I booked here on a whim and went by the great feedback I read about and by looking at the pretty pics on here and booking.com BUT please don’t be fooled, this is an old hotel ! Maybe it’s just the room we were given 1211, but it was dark, musty and needed a seriously good clean, especially the carpets ! The reception area is nothing like in the pics online ! We walked in and thought we were in some old airport or post office ! It seriously lacks that ‘Welcome, you’ve arrived!!’ feeling when you normally arrive into a hotel. It even smells like an old airport! The lobby area is non existent really. You have to check yourself in and out and yet there’s so much staff standing around. I really didn’t like that at all. The breakfast is good but I would like some western offerings like the normal eggs and bacon some mornings. I had to use an iron and was told to come downstairs to collect it. They have baskets with the amenities in the lobby which is good but it resembles a $2 shop & microwaves in the opposite corner. We would never stay here again. The only thing good is the location as it’s between 2 different train lines. But the room needs a serious updating & the toilet would make an awful noise when flushed. This was our 4th hotel we stayed at while in Tokyo and it was seriously awful. The washer & dryer on some floors was good to have. But other than that, there was nothing nice about the hotel I can mention.

We stayed here 4 nights on our recent visit. Close to 2 convenient train lines with very easy and fast access to most of Tokyo.
As per other reviewers, the only (and very significant) issue is that the rooms are too hot and you cannot change the temperature. This is unacceptable in a modern facility.

Near the Convention Center and train station, the Hotel has a self check-in and convenient store at the 2nd floor. They also have vending and ice machine (though I don’t know if it’s per floor) My rooms has bath tub. Good for single occupancy only, the room is not spacious enough if you are a long staying guest. You need to get all your toiletries at the lobby. The only cons for me is the interior is dark also which makes the look of the room smaller but overall experience is okay.

We really enjoyed our stay that we've booked again for this October for 8 days so that we have plenty of time to explore Tokyo.
The staff are very friendly and do not shy away from foreigners. We had the Junior Suite which was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. We were given a special pass to use the private lift for the top floors. The room also came with Nespresso Pods that our maid topped up daily. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of choices. There are appliances that you can borrow in the lobby and you can take toiletries if you need them.

Nearby, there's a nice-sized shopping mall that offers a lot of cuisines. There's a Lawson in the hotel itself, but also a Natural Lawson, a family mart, and seven eleven nearby.
I really recommend this hotel!

Hotel Sunroute Ariake on Tokyo waterfront is a new hotel with easy access to Tokyo Big Sight, Yurikomome monorail, JR rail station, Palette Town shopping centre, Toyota Mega Web, and neighbouring area of Odaiba. Access to the hotel is direct with Limousine Bus from Narita airport (terminal 1 and terminal 2) and is a relaxing ride of almost an hour or less to the main entrance of Sunroute Ariake Hotel. Fare is 2400y pp. Check in is quick and friendly in a modern setting and various floors of the hotel have different levels for ladies only, smoking floor, and the top four floors are the B Conte Apartments.
Staff are okay with english and not to much of a problem.
Being a Disney Neighbourhood Resort hotel, shuttle buses are provided free to and from the Disney parks. A trip on the bus to Disney is about 25 minutes right to the front entrance of Disney Resorts.
The room was adequate. Beds comfortable, linen fresh and clean, full bidet toilet, LCD television (with CNN), foot massager, small refrigerator, boiling jug, green tea is only supplied. On second floor Lawson convenience store for necessary milk, coffee, and supplies. The room was air conditioned, and the view was only off nearby office buildings. The hotel has a nice feel and the housekeeping staff kept the room fresh and spotless. Very impressed.
The lobby area has four laptops for internet use free to hotel guests.
The hotel has a very nice ambience, and is quiet and never were disturbed by any noise or traffic during our stay of five nights.
Opposite the hotel in the TFT building there is Subway, McDonalds and some restaurants. In the hotel is Patio restaurant and Blendmeister Cafe and bar, plus a mail office for posting items.
Power adaptors are available for a 1000y deposit. You can also purchase your Disney tickets at reception.
Right next door to the hotel is Tokyo Panasonic centre, showing all the latest electronics in the Panasonic range and the new 'ecology ideas' on the second floor.
Just a few minutes walk from the hotel to Tokyo Big Sight, and 15 minutes from hotel to Toyota MegaWeb and Palette Town with Venus Fort shopping centre.
The monorail station is at Wanza Mall opposite the hotel and runs from the mall to Palette Town and round through to Odaiba and on to Shimbashi in Tokyo.
The monorail trip into Shimbashi is about 30 minutes. A taxi from Shimbashi station to Tokyo Tower is 1000y.
Hotel Sunroute Ariake is a great choice with so many attractions and easy transport close by. The room however, did not have a mini bar, any facilities for cooking and the bathroom is a squeeze, and no radio. All in all would stay again and appreciated the hospitality from the staff who made our stay very enjoyable.

I had a 5D4N stay at Hotel Sunroute Ariake solely for Tokyo Marathon and I must say it was a great stay.

Location: perfect for Tokyo Marathon as it is only 5 minutes walk to the Big Sight where the expo was held and where the finish line was. It is near to 2 main metro stations, one of which is the Kokusai-Tenjijo station which is on the Rinkai line and is only 30 minutes away from Shinjuku. Diver City is only 1 metro station away or if you prefer walking, it is about 20 minutes away. I did most of my shopping there. :)

Room: Size-wise, like any other business hotel in Tokyo, the single room I had was small but sufficient for solo travelers like me. The bed was comfortable, the only thing to pick on was the pillows which were a bit too hard for my liking.

Staff: Staff were very polite, very courteous and their English was good. There was this little incident where I left my laundry unattended for too long and the staff had to remove them from the washing machine so that other guests could use; when I went to collect my clothes from the reception, the staff bowed and apologised profusely which was unnecessary as I was the culprit who caused all the inconvenience. I was a bit embarrassed for my wrongdoing and yet impressed by their exceptional level of customer service.

Food: I only had breakfast and I must say their food was yummy. The spread was good and I particularly like the Japanese rice. Yes, I could eat 2 big bowls of plain rice with a bit of pickles and seaweed, straight up! There are quite a lot of restaurants around the area, so if you would like to try food outside of the hotel, you are really spoilt with choices.

Transport to/fro airport: Airport Limo Bus service is limited though. Need to check the times and make sure you don't miss one as the next bus would be 2 hours later. The journey is about 80 minutes between the hotel and Narita airport.

Other comments: there is a 24/7 convenience store on 2nd floor and they sell all sorts of bread, Japanese packed meals, bentos and sushis which are of good quality.

I went to Tokyo for a business trip -- as I had an exhibit for four days at the Tokyo Big Sight for the 70th Tokyo International Gift Show. Stayed at this hotel from September 5-12 2010.

I can attribute this hotel into two categories such as: (1) A great hotel for Business (if you want to be close to the Tokyo Big Sight -- about 10 minute walk) and (2) a reasonable hotel for Leisure (if you plan to spend a vacation to either Disneyland or Disneysea as they offer a FREE shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney Resorts -- reservation required). Hotel Sunroute Ariake is a member of the "Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbor Hotels"

This hotel is very convenient as they have a direct route from Narita Airport if you will be taking the Limousine bus. It costs 2,700yen for a one way trip. Not bad as compared to taking the taxi which will cost you a hefty amount of money. It is also accessible via the Rinkai line but you have to go through a difficult task of finding your way to the hotel. The bus drops you off right at the hotel's doorstep. Easy, convenient and reasonable. It will take you around 60-90 minutes from Airport to the hotel -- but it feels like a breeze as you get to enjoy the scenery on your way to the hotel.

Now, about the hotel ------- it is a brand new hotel that is usually full packed with either guests who are for business or leisure. Its a big hotel with 790 guest rooms!! Single standard rooms (the one which i stayed in) is relatively a small room intended just for one person but the bed is very comfortable and the size is similar to a "double bed". So pretty good size for a single room. The best of it all is that, the room is properly maintained, very clean and the bathroom is immaculately clean!! The toilet seat is fully automated .... and the water pressure is very good. I cant say anything about how they kept my room to be so clean every single day -- for seven days!!

There is a very good buffet breakfast at the 2nd floor called the "patio" they serve very good breakfast but at a price that is too expensive for me -- its about 1,400yen (roughly 700pesos) -- though there is a very good alternative for the budget consious person like me --- there is "LAWSON" a convenience store similar to the very famous 7-eleven that offers relatively inexpensive foods from the deli section. (sandwiches from 210yen to about 270yen ; bento lunch boxes from 260-598yen --- and cold drinks).

The hotel staffs (reception counter) are very helpful and courteous -- though you have to be patient and try to extend your appreciation for the adequate english they know. But it helps too if you know a bit of Japanese that will make them feel at ease and know that you too are trying your best to communicate with them.

Overall, I find this hotel very nice, clean and most of all, the ambiance is so relaxing!

Domo Arigatoo gozaimasu!
Kampai!

There is no lean on your card. You pay for the entire stay when you check in. When you check out, they check to see if there are any additional charges; if there are, they charge you then.
Dear Mr.MaxTham, Thank you very much for considering stay with us. We have a room called twin with sofa room (same as Triple room). There is 2 single beds plus sofa bed.
