Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
I was very satisfied because I was able to stay cheaply thanks to Meitetsu Kanko. The DX Twin room was spacious, convenient, and had a beautiful night view. I went for breakfast after 6am, but it wasn't very crowded and I was able to get a seat by the window. There was a wide selection on the menu and the items were frequently replenished, so I was very satisfied.

It was a weekday and it's a big hotel for Tokyo, so I thought I'd be able to relax there, so I went there to refresh myself, but I was wrong. I was especially hoping to take a bath and sauna, so I was wrong.
Both the large public bath and the breakfast restaurant were crowded. You can check the crowding level on the TV in the room, but the women's bath is always "crowded." I wanted to enjoy the hot water and sauna, so it was difficult to determine the time to take a bath, and I was distracted and couldn't relax.
Breakfast starts lining up at about 8:00, so if you're short on time, I recommend going early.
Also, Toyosu Market is within walking distance, so there are restaurants that open from about 5:00 on opening days, so it's a good idea to go out for breakfast.
The room was spacious for a business trip, and the windows were large, so the night view was beautiful and I was able to relax, which was nice.
Also, it was easy to get to the city center during rush hour, as the line was not crowded.

This hotel was a brilliant find and so happy we stayed here. With helpful staff, clean facilities and a great little bedroom, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Tokyo whilst still retaining an element of peace and quiet away from the main hubbub of Tokyo.
Yes, there’s a couple of little bits to point out. Firstly, the paid additions: the gym and swimming pool on the top floor are paid for and can be a little expensive. I’d like to have seen these included within the main cost.
Secondly, the storage in the room. For two travellers with a suitcase each, it was tight. You have to use every inch of the space wisely to make sure you’re not tripping over things. That being said, I wasn’t expecting huge spaces so wasn’t disappointed.
The good far outweigh any slight negatives. The location is perfect. Located just next to Shiji-Mae station makes it convenient for going practically anywhere in Tokyo. The line goes to both Toyosu and Shimbashi which have access right across the city.
The hotel is really modern, with friendly staff all over. The free extras are great like the onsen and the free night noodles in the restaurant.
I loved this place as although it’s in Tokyo; it felt just slightly on the edge to feel chilled after a busy day sightseeing around the city. It’s in a beautiful part of Tokyo and has one of the best views of the skyline.

Hotel located in the Ariake area, close to a sports area, with gardens and shopping centers. The hotel is quite correct, its rooms are not as small as they usually are in Japan, the comfort is remarkable, good shower, good beds, and an acceptable amenities. The staff is correct and they try to help but not everyone speaks English. Breakfast and lunch times are correct, dinner times to be an international hotel NO. You should understand that internationally you eat something later too. On the other hand I missed a room service that doesn't finish at 9:00 pm... Something that could be in a hotel with fewer stars but that in any other area of the world would be without problems. They offer a free sleepover service and a bedtime soup.

The rooms and the large communal bath were well-cleaned, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I especially liked the sauna. Entering the sauna with aromatherapy, healing music, and the city night view made me feel even more relaxed than usual.
The staff were also very kind, polite, and friendly, and there were no strange-looking guests, so I was able to relax. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. The self-check-in and check-out interface was simple and easy to understand, and I also liked how easy it was to operate.
I will use this hotel again. Thank you very much.
