Good hotel in a decent location. Rooms are small but bigger than in other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but the happy hour from 5 to 9 is free and features high quality whiskey (not top shelf but nothing to sneeze at). It’s hard to argue with that.

Can’t fault this hotel at all and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great location to base yourself in Tokyo Shinjuku.

We originally booked a regularly room but decided to pay extra at check in for a large twin room, this was an extra £80 for three nights but it’s well worth it and would recommend it to anyone. This gave us a decent sized room where we could store and open 2 large suitcases. Twin beds are large and were very comfortable. Decent air conditioning in the rooms as well.

Fantastic shower, I’m 6ft 2 and could easily fit underneath it. Lovely big bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the room.

No breakfast as such, but free coffee and pastries/breads in the morning. All you need with so many amazing restaurants nearby.

Lovely open spaces in the hotel, nice lounge which sells beers, but we sat down with our own drinks without issue.

15 min walk from the station, once you find the right exit. It’s away from the madness of Shinjuku (but also close enough) and we felt very safe in the area. Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating of our requests.

Would recommend this to any tourists looking for a great base in Shinjuku.

This was my husband and mines first time to Tokyo so the location was great! Shinjuku is vibrant with a lot of bright lights and fun karaoke bars. Close to easy transit, restaurants, etc.

The hotel itself is very nice! Modern lobby, clean, friendly staff. They have free toothbrushes with toothpaste, combs, q-tips, water bottles.

The room was small but well spaced. The carpet was a bit old looking but seemed clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfy!

Robe, slippers, and scent removing spray for your clothes in the room.

Easy check in. Basic but comfortable breakfast in the lobby. They also offer free snack and sake and wine. Fee water bottles is appreciated and you can both take it to the room or for your day in the city. Not amenities in the room fm it available in reception. Rooms are clean iPhone arriving. After that they change towels and do the beds but not much more. Good anyways. We have 3 beds, all too near to each ther and little room to move. Windows towards a wall, if you are claustrophobic can be an issue. Easy access to shinjuku train station and walking distance form Godzilla’s head and shinyuko alleys. Good value hotel.

Avoid if you can help yourself. Told the front desk I wanted a quiet room for the Tokyo marathon and was given a room with constant sirens blasting. When I requested to change rooms, I was first told that all hotels in shinjuku are this loud. When I indicated I have stayed at other shinjuku hotels and even hostels that are quieter than this, told that my rate room (despite just booking a single bed room without a specific rate) was not available. Then when I asked again I was told I would need to check out and check back in 5 hours later in order to get a quieter room. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your money at this garbage.

A really excellent hotel in a quieter side of Hanjuku that offers smart comfortable rooms at affordable prices. Nice communal oak dining tables provide a cool place to have the complimentary breakfast, and there are welcome touches like free wine and sake in the evening.
This is a discreet, central hotel, close to the madness of all the nearby nightlife, but cosy and quiet enough to get a solid night’s sleep in subtly chic surroundings. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, well located, has a metro stop 300 meters away that allows you not to get to the main station which is super chaotic. Quiet and safe area. Free breakfast, daily from 17 to 20 offer aperitif in the lobby, all day coffee and donuts available. Modern lobby, small room (in Japanese standards) but functional and clean, available everything including pajamas. It has a laundromat. Guests also have access to comfortable umbrellas. Super consigliato!

Place is a complete dump. The coffee machine in the lobby is disgusting and surrounded by garbage. The staff are rude. The wifi stinks and cuts out constantly. They do not provide bars of soap in the shower or bathroom. The rooms are more like closets. Upon checking in the clerk insisted on making photo copies of our passports and when ask why he said it was for marketing.

Stayed at this hotel & loved so much about it.
Location was great, although out of the maddness still easy to walk into the centre & located near several metro stations. Stayed in their deluxe double room which is a good size room for Tokyo standard, was very clean & clean towels supplied daily. In saying that although the hotel common areas were also very clean found the lift carpet to be somewhat rather dirty but didn't phase us. Free cereal, pastries, tea & coffee & some other choices where supplied every morning which was a nice addition & staff were all super friendly even when they weren't overly confident in communicating in English, they tried. Would definitely recommend & return again ourselves if we chose to stay in Shinjuku

Advertising WiFi but their WiFi doesn’t work at all.. beware! They came to the room 2 times to “try to fix it” but they also admitted the entire hotel has bad WiFi and nothing they can do about it. Rooms are actually quite nice but no WiFi is dealbreaker

Yes ours did - so could get fresh air, but noise from aircon units outside meant we didnt open rountiely . And no view from our window but some overlooking the street would have a view.

Sorry that I don’t know as we were looking for the Japanese ones. But I think you should be able to find some through combo of tripadvisor and google maps. Have fun in Tokyo!
