We appreciated how close this place was to the JR Line and Diamon station (5 min walk). It provided easy access to both metro lines.

Now to the hotel itself. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, they could also speak English which made navigating much easier . We liked how clean the room was and they cleaned and fixed our beds daily, which is almost unheard of these days post Covid with staff shortages.

The breakfast was also very good. They served both traditional Japanese breakfast along with some western dishes.

Overall a very good stay, highly recommend!

Impersonal service with a curtain across the back of the reception desk which was unmanned every time we were there. Room large but pillows very uncomfortable and room a bit soulless really. We weren’t keen on the location either, a lot of the places to eat nearby wouldn’t allow people under the age of 20 which was an issue for us as we had our 15 year old with us. We wouldn’t stay here again. Especially for the money we paid when compared to the ryokan we had stayed in the week before in Tokyo.

Extremely convenient location. Only a short walk to Hamamatsucho Station, which is on the JR Yamanote Line and the Haneda Express (monorail) line. We picked this hotel because we had to catch an early morning flight out from Haneda Airport. Also, after a day or two, we realised around two corners from the hotel is the Laundry Lounge Konparu. This is directly opposite Shiba Fire Station. Before you see the Fire Station, if you look across the street, you'll see Maruetsu Petit. That is a mini supermarket. And if you want to try a famous ramen chain restaurant, walk back to the street where the hotel is on, walk towards Hamamatsucho Station till you reach the main street, Do not cross the road. Just turn right. Keep walking till you see a building that is a bit hidden. The restaurant is called Hamamatsucho Menya Musashi. As for our room, we were very happy with it. We had the Comfort King room. When I made the booking, I requested a room on higher floors. We got allocated a room on the top floor. Thank you! The room was very roomy. If you are looking for a tea kettle before you book, there is one in the room. It is hidden with the fridge, tea bags and cups in the cupboard after you enter the room and before you reach the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good. A wide variety of items. Lots of fruit available. The little square bread was very yummy. One was pumpkin. And there was a juice (fruit and vegetables combined) that was nice. Have not seen this anywhere else. The drink machine was a bit tricky to operate though. You need to be very skillful to not waste any juice.

This hotel is a little gem in a fantastic area of Tokyo. Staff and facilities are great. All the rooms are large (by Japan standards), the bed was firm but very comfortable and the room facilities were great (although not much storage). We will definitely be using This hotel again when we’re in Tokyo.

Stayed here for our last night in Tokyo. The location is brilliant as it is a 5 minute walk to the Tokyo Monorail and we had an early morning flight to catch from Haneda.
The hotel is ok, spacious rooms. Our room was a bit tired and dark but perfectly adequate for 1 nights stay.

There are microwave and ice dispenser for guests to use.
Six-minute walk to Daimon and Hamamatsu Stations. We took the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda Airport to Hamamatsu station and walked to the hotel.
We stayed in a family room which was spacious enough for 3 of us and our luggage.

Stayed in this hotel with my family for 6 nights. This hotel is prettty much close to the train station, many restaurants and convinience stores. Choose this hotel because there is direct train to Narita Airport. The Tokyo tower is also nearby. We enjoyed Tokyo a lot since coming back to the hotel is easy.

For this time around I decided to stay in a hotel that is located pretty near with the major train station. Tokyo train station is pretty complicated and finding a real good hotel nearby major station is such a home work. Luckily this hotel was like the answer to my prayer.

The hotel is a standard Japan kind of hotel. But the room is pretty big and most importantly it is clean. The check in procedure was smooth, but then again Japanese people are known world wide for their work ethics. If you book through internet and chose to pay later, the hotel will ask for a full payment up front rather than charge your card with a pre-authorization. Inside the room the provided mini fridge, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and PJs. All rooms have access to free wifi. All rooms are also non smoking rooms. The hotel provides vending machine on 3 floors.

The bathroom however is small. Which is actually not a surprised considering this is Japan. But it is very clean nonetheless. The breakfast they serve is pretty limited when it comes to selection. But you can try out Japanese breakfast. If your room include breakfast, they will give you breakfast coupons. Breakfast starts at 7.00 am. Kindly hand the breakfast coupons to the front desk and the officer will inform the dining area.

As for location. This hotel is strategically located. There are 2 stations located 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. One is JR Hamamatsucho Station and the other one is Daimon subway station. If you are flying in or out of Tokyo from Haneda you are lucky because you can simply take the Haneda Monorail from JR Hamamatsucho and it only takes about 17 minutes from Hamamatsucho to Haneda International terminal. The JR lines that run through Hamamatsucho station is the Yamanote line (light green) that goes to major stations: Tokyo, Yurakucho (Ginza), Harajuku, Ueno, Shinjuku, Shibuya and Shinagawa. If you are planning to take Shinkansen to Osaka, Kyoto, Yokohama and Kobe you can simply take Yamanote line to Shinagawa and change to Shinkansen at Shinagawa. Daimon subway serves Asakusa line that has direct line to major attractions like Asakusa and Oshiage (Tokyo SkyTree station) as well as limited express line to Narita. You can also take Asakusa line from Daimon station to Higashi Ginza.

If you are exiting from JR Hamamatsucho take the north exit (towards World Trade Centre). Go to level 1 (or street level). Then walks toward the main road. The street where the hotel is located is in between Big Echo and Tomod's. Get inside the street and walk straight until the hotel is located on your left side. The surrounding of the hotels are including: tomod (drug store), big echo (karaoke bar), byron bay coffee shop, lawson and 7 eleven, and restaurants. Tokyo tower is located just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I booked this hotel wanting somewhere close to the Hamamatsucho monorail station (last monorail stop from Haneda Airport). We also needed a place that would accommodate our family of 3 children and 2 adults, and the hotel was able to give us adjoining rooms, 1 double and 1 triple. Both were quite spacious, particularly by Tokyo hotel standards, and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, a kettle/urn was provided if you wished to make a cup of tea (green only, you'll have to bring your own black tea). We were very happy with the bathrooms, with toiletries replenished daily and good water pressure from the shower. Wi-fi didn't really work in our rooms terribly well but was fine in the lobby and restaurant. The hotel's breakfast is very good - I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of Japanese breakfast options. There are western options too (including waffles) but no cereal. Staff at reception were helpful and spoke quite good English.

To get there from Hamamatsucho station (either monorail or JR one) find the 'North Exit' and you will come out of the station onto a relatively busy street. Turn left and walk 150-200 metres then cross the road at the traffic lights. You will then see a narrow street leading off the road; walk down this - if you see a white Georgian style building on the left called 'L'Bright' you are in the right street! The hotel is at the end of the street. Took us a little over 5 minutes from Hamamatsucho Station with 3 suitcases and 3 children. Not the most fashionable part of Tokyo perhaps, but Hamamatsucho and Daimon rail/subway stations are close by and there are quite a few good little restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and found it a very handy location. As we travel to Japan a lot, we thought we had found a great hotel that was easy to get to from Narita, and quite reasonable. That all was until our iPad was removed from our locked room while we were at breakfast, unfortunately, thinking it was already packed, didn't realise it was missing until we were on our flight a few hours later.
We won't be staying at this hotel again until safes are fitted to the rooms.
