It’s worth beginning with mentioning how small the rooms are - you cannot open a regular-sized suitcase anywhere on the floor, only on the bed or desk.

However, when you consider that this Super Hotel cost us about GBP70 per night (room only) over NYE and its amazing location, right in the center of Ginza, this is something we happily dealt with.

Access from Haneda or Narita is super easy and direct, with the train dropping you off at a station outside the hotel. Several metro lines are within walking distance and Tokyo Station is about 10-15mins on foot.

The hotel is very modern, recently opened and the rooms are cleverly designed, offering loads of amenities and functionality. The bathrooms are, unsurprisingly, also tiny. The rooms were cleaned super thoroughly every day. Temperature controls worked really well and the AC unit was very quiet, supplemented by a humidifier. The standard pillows are of the hard bean variety, so don’t forget to grab softer ones from reception if you prefer those. The blackout curtain was excellent.

There is only one lift in the whole hotel room, which can get pretty clogged up at peak times. The onsen is really fancy and a brilliant way to relax at the end of the day.

All the staff we came across were lovely and did their best to make you feel at home.

We did not try breakfast, but it seemed rather basic and cramped in the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in January. We had an amazing stay, right in the heart of Ginza, there is a metro station right outside the hotel, with the main line just being a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. the room was a bit small aswell as the bathroom but small bathrooms are basically standard in Tokyo. other than that we had a lovely stay the best was the hot springs where one can used to destress at the hotel in the evenings after a hectic day out ! complimentary ammenities are also available in the hotel lobby, such as shampoos, face masks, face cream, bb cream etc. the list is endless ,each guest is allowed to take 5 complimentary ammenities each day. highly recommed and would definately stay at this hotel when next in Tokyo, also very convenient if one takes the Narita Express Bus to the airport.

Good location, next to a subway entrance. Natural hot spring is special and nice. Clean room. Downside is the paid breakfast: microwaved soup or smoothie, salad and bun and juice. I won't pay for this breakfasts if I know it's just microwave food.

The hotel seemed to be pretty new and located at excellent location to visit both Ginza and Tsukiji. One special draw of the hotel is the hot spring feature, these are natural hot spring water brought on site according to the info provided by the staff. However, there are some unconventional rules that may be a little different than the norm. The hotel expect the guest to vacate the room between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, kind of like hostel. The room is operated by numeric code, be sure to keep your check in sheet with you at all time or snap a pic of the code with your phone. The convenient part of the key code is that there is nothing to return and you can just leave the day you depart without having to stop by the front counter. Breakfast was served by a restaurant on the ground floor with separate entrance, when you check in, you are given cards to redeem the meals from the restaurant order machine.

Just checked in for one night. I LOVE IT HERE

1. Location
Right off Higashi Ginza station. Convenience store next door and Ginza streets is right across the street. Keihan Keikyu train comes from both Haneda airport and Narita Airport and comes directly to Higashi Ginza which is very convenient. Exit near Kabuki theater has long escalator to go up to the ground floor and very convenient.

2. Facilities
Excellent, great new earthy taste and modern. Has Onsen bath on 3rd floor ( for women) for the hotel guests and it was beautiful. Perfect to rest your body when you wake up on odd time with jet lag. Love it. There's no towel in the public bath, you have to bring own towel from the room but that's not a big issue. There'a locker in the changing room.

3. Room
Everything is there. Floor below 6th floor has obscure glass, cannot see outside

4. Amenities
Mentioned about Onsen, that was great addition. believe this is the first business leasure hotel which offers Onsen facilities. Coin Laundry there too. Wide range of amenities such as facial mask, glass cleaners by the front desk. You get to chose the pillows by the front desk. I think there was at least 5 kinds of pillows to chose from. There is one large (like King size) pillow in the room with straw in it, too.

There's only 1 elevator and can take long to get to. If you don't like waiting I'd get lower floor room and walk down the emergency stairs.

I used to stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza across the street but I will be back to this hotel next time. I just love the taste of the hotel and great service.

Family of 3 here - one being a teen boy. We expected Japan rooms to be small since we have been to Tokyo before so we weren't bothered by the small room offered to us. There's a loft bed for our son but he end up just sleeping with us since the full size bed and the twin size bed put together was comfortable for the three of us as it is. The loft bed is also not so comfy for him, I'm thinking. The bed is too close to the ceiling and our son is a 5'10 160lbs 13 year old boy. Although the room may be small, we particularly love our room because it is surrounded with USB and electrical sockets, on all corners - which is very helpful for us. We have three sets of phones, ipad, portable WIFI, 3 sets of power banks and watches to charge. We can all charge at the same time. Room also comes with an adapter with different charging ports. Beds are comfy. Temp and lighting control via ipad click. The bathroom was just as small but again, it didn't bother us at all because the room, bathroom and overall surrounding is super duper clean. That's important for us. Everything is efficient here. The customized pillow is the first time I've ever experienced of all my travels. You can choose your pillow! I love mine firm or hard and wanted to even purchase their pillow. My wife prefers the low and soft pillow. The Onsen was our favorite of all. It's organized and well set up. It's open all through the night so after a long day touring, esp. after all that walking in DisneySea, we can still relax a bit in our room then head to the Onsen even if it was already close to midnight. They offer Yukata's and all hotel amenities. They also have free happy hour cocktails in the lobby until 8pm. Staffs are nice, helpful and speaks English (somewhat). I had no problem communicating our needs with any of the staff. The location of this hotel is also tops for us, who are not really a walker (due to health issues). There's plenty of nearby eateries, shops, convenience store and the train stations are just steps away from the hotel. I really did good on my research and is super pleased in finding this hotel. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!

This is a wonderful hotel. It is immaculate and really focuses on your well being and peace of mind. There is an on-site naturally fed onsen but I did not get the chance to try it. The rooms are a little small but that was no problem for me. You can even choose your own pillow type! Great place!

I stayed here in 2018 November, and then in 2019 April for 5 days each. Greate combination of location and service, and still reasonable price comparing to other hotels in Tokyo.
Direct subway service to Haneda, and Narita airport is additional plus.

They are not a kind of flamboyant place, rather focusing simple and sustainable, and I like that style.

Direct reservation at the hotel website works.
A tip: Lady's plan is likely to provide the room on the same floor to the lady's hot spring, which can avoid taking elevetor!

Could not have had a better experience. The hotel is in a perfect location for Ginza and surrounding areas like Tokyo Station. The staff was incredibly nice and spoke English enough to be helpful. Held onto our bags at no charge. Stay out of the hotel from 11-3 if you want your room cleaned, otherwise they leave you a little with toothbrush, razor, towel and bottled water, such a classy touch. Wifi is very good and there is a great breakfast place down the street on the 2nd floor called Cafe and Bakery, short walk, good food. Rooms were small, but the AC was easy to control, the TV worked, and we had a tiny little fridge. Laundry service was convenient, and spa area was great. Awesome Ramen place within a block or two called Genraku. Nissan Crossing is cool and a good marker to get back on foot to the hotel. Great place, would stay again, clean and simple.

I decided to stay at Super Hotel in Tokyo again because of my positive experience at Super Hotel Namba Osaka.
I took an Airport bus to Ginza station and had a short walk to the hotel, which wasn't too bad.
The hotel is clean and conveniently located near several stations, shopping malls, and food areas. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating.
Although I should have booked a ladies-only room, I ended up booking a regular room this time. However, I plan to book a ladies-only room again next time.
Despite the small size of the room, it had everything I needed. The bathroom was also small, but since I visited the onsen hot spring almost every night, I used the shower and washed my hair there. The hot spring was spacious enough, although I didn't stay there for more than 15 minutes.
The hotel offers high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience. Additionally, they provide small packs of body care and face care products.
Friendly reminder for the overseas guests - Please wash your hair and body thoroughly before entering the onsen. The onsen is a place for you to fully relax your entire body in the nude, rather than just soaking your feet while wearing clothes.
友善提醒海外客人 - 在進入溫泉前,請徹底清洗你的頭髮和身體。溫泉是讓你裸體充分放鬆整個身體的地方,而不是只穿著衣服泡腳。
The checkout time is 11am, which is not too early, and they also provide luggage storage.
The only downside is that they don't offer free breakfast.

If you are taking Shinkansen, Tokyo station is your station to disembark. Easiest will be take a short taxi ride of less than 10 minutes (if lucky, 5). Public transit option would be to take Marunouchi line subway (Red), with luggage, it can be tricky getting up to the ground level for exit. Take direction Ogikubo, for one stop to Ginza Station, take exit C8. Or use the underground connection to walk over to Higashi-Ginza station and exit from there. There is one exit that comes out right in front of the hotel (this exit has no elevator or escalator).

Hi what is the difference in the Hollywood room ?
Answer from HAWK000
Mino, Japan
Hollywood Room Difference = Actually there is no room with such a name, but it is guessed that it is a theater room. There is no TV here, and PayTV is not available. However, you can watch a part of the online program. This bet is different from a normal room in that it provides data on how to sleep and sets the wake-up time so that the bet is lifted up and wakes up without the wake-up of the alarm clock.
Answer from HAWK000
Mino, Japan
Japan has a busy season The price is expected to increase at the end of the year and the New Year holidays, the Tokyo Olympics next year. There is no additional charge for hot springs (actually re-boiling water, which is a hot spring component), but during busy periods, “the hotel charges will be as high as the additional charge.” Also, Tokyo (although Osaka is also available) There is an accommodation tax. It may pay 100 yen when the accommodation fee exceeds 10,000 yen (including consumption tax). (Some accommodation fees may be included.)
