Breakfast is excellent, but I think some people can find it receptive. You chose from a menu either a western, Japanese or a French toast. You can select some items from each set menu, I tried all of them and everything was delicious and so well served. Also the service in the restaurant is excellent, they are all so kind and polite. The view from the restaurant is also very nice. Location is excellent walking distance to so much to see in Tokyo but also steps from main train/ metro stations. So many restaurants and bars around, sometimes we didn’t want to leave the area! But whenever we did, transport was so close by with the main lines! We would absolutely go back there and recommend to anyone!
Firstly, as other guests have mentioned, there is a dirty odor in the rooms, we complained as soon as we stepped into the room, the receptionist came to check and granted us a new room. The new room had the same smell but slightly less pungent. They said we could upgrade but they would charge us!!!!! We also had to lug our own suitcases to the new room and go back to the lobby for new cards, when it’s their fault. If we weren’t so tired, we would have just left and stayed somewhere else. We went out every day from early morning until night to avoid the smell.
Secondly, we had a long day in Nikko and decided to order pizza on Wolt. Because we had our do not disturb light on (we didn’t realize), the reception sent our pizza away without informing us. My husband rang the lobby to check but they didn’t even mention it until I rang them again. It had been 1.5 hours and we had to pay for another delivery. Wouldn’t it have been logical to leave the pizza outside the door rather than send it away?!
Thirdly, we had dinner around 8:30pm upstairs at the restaurant. Our bill came to around ¥11,500 ($80) for two plates of tomato pasta (no meat or fish) as they charge a night fee (even though it’s very early and we are hotel guests) and service charge. The Cuban waiter had a bit of an attitude too. We informed the lobby staff by email and they didn’t give any solution. Surely, they could have shown some good will with the bad odor and pizza situation?!
Lastly, our room was on a road and it was noisy at night as behind the hotel there are several clubs and bars.
I’d avoid this one.

It is literally 5 mins walk to Ginza shopping district and between two train stations (Ginza and Shinbuya). The lobby is small but very elegant, definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
One negative would be it is abit noisy as there are a lot of bars downstairs and you can hear drunk people talking in the middle of the night.

We came back and bags were in the room. The room was super comfortable and quiet, so much needed for a weary traveller. Close to the Ginza shops/ restaurants, (3 minute walk).
Def a great hotel.
It's not big, but rather compact, it feels more like if you are staying in a small block.
There is a lovely roof terrace for breakfast and dinner with a fantastic view.
I liked the position of the hotel in Ginza, not far from Shimbashi station and all the shopping.
The bed was quite comfortable and the room pleasant.
I was very happy with (I hope I remember the name of the man who patiently helped me to find some restaurants) Nozomi? he knows how to do well his job. I can't say the some for the lady who tried one night, when he was away.
I would come back.
