We stayed at this hotel after Christmas last year. The hotel is centrally located. Just seconds away from the longest covered shopping mall. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was also a nearby coffee shop we would go to every morning and beside it was a bakery selling freshly baked croissants with rock salt. On our next visit to Osaka we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located outside Naga subway station and Crysta underground mall The restaurant was under renovation during our stay but we could easily get breakfast nearby. Its my 1st time in Osaka and heard from many ppl that rooms are tiny. But i found our room size decent for 2 pax, with adequate space for luggage abd movements. It's clean and towels were changed everyday even if we didn't request for room cleaning. Staff were friendly and efficient, though not all spoke fluent English.

As previously shared, rooms are small, just like budget hotel rooms in Singapore and Busan. For an Asian woman like me, room size is just enough, but I was staying alone. For a more comfortable stay, best to have a room to yourself. But if in a budget, can be shared.

The room is equipped with toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, kettle, ref, etc. Toilet has bath tub, Japanese bidet and shower. They were able to create a cabinet as well for wardrobes that you needed to be hung.

The noise is indeed an area for improvement as anyone who passes by or stays along the hallways can be heard; also those who open their windows.

Location is very good, as long as you understand the Osaka subway/train routes. Hotel itself is right across Crysta Nagahori, a subway 'mall' or at least a long strip of shops underground that brings you to Nagahoribashi station (closest-2min walk) or Shinsaibashi station (10-15 walk underground). Best exits are the north exits of Crysta Nagahori (3 or 5).

From Kansai airport, best to take the Rapi:t express/limited express to Tengachaya station then change line (Sakaisuji line) to Nagahoribashi. These routes have elevators which are useful if you have luggages. From subway, in particular, the Crysta Nagahori North 4 exit has elevator, nest hotel is at the right side after crossing a small street (opposite direction to Tokyu Hands).

Great location — literally right beside the train station and walking distance to Dotonbori. We loved how convenient this hotel was, MOS Burger and 7-11 were right opposite too. The walls were really thin unfortunately, we had terrible neighbours making a ruckus even till 330am. Called the front desk and they were so prompt in assisting us. Service was great! Room was clean. Would stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Two words to describe this hotel is tiny rooms. It is best for solo and business travelers and I should have read more of the reviews before booking this hotel. The front office and housekeeping service were pretty good so that’s where they get 3 stars from me and the location as it is right in front of the train station that also leads to an underground mall. Lots of shops and food outlets available for you to explore. Negative parts are tiny rooms, loud hallway, stinky bathrooms and really really really slow internet. Beware of the elevator it’s old so watch out the doors aren’t so gentle.

We booked hotels for our Japan trip just a few days before we leave which is really not advisable since hotels in Japan are quite expensive so cheaper and better hotels are always fully booked.

We saw this deal in Agoda which is acceptable and it's our only option since we found no hostel or other hotel in Osaka which has vacancy.

One thing I like about this hostel is it's just across the JR line station (Nagahoribashi) plus it has restaurants and a 7/11 nearby.

Yes, space is quite small (and could only accommodate 2 pax each room) but we didn't mind.

Oh another thing I like about it is the room has it's own bathroom, because after days of staying at hostels for backpackers where most bathrooms are shared, having your own bathroom in your room is very very very convenient.

Another downside is there's no free wifi in the rooms, you'll have to go down on the reception area or on the lobby in second floor to get connected.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The rooms are so small I thought it was the closet I had to put the suitcase on top of the desk as otherwise I would not have been able to open the bathroom door, as the only place you could place the suitcase is in the hallway which is only 830mm wide. The bathroom itself is so small that if I was overweight I would have got stuck. The room measures 2.6 x 2.3 the bed takes 7/8s of the whole room.
When I asked for a bigger room I was told that the hotel has 302 rooms and all the same size, in my opinion there should have been 202 rooms with a little bit more room.
The staff at the lobby were very rude and could not care less about anything you try to get some information.
I felt I was in a prison the whole 5 days I was there.
If anybody is thinking of booking at this hotel don't as it will be the biggest mistake of your life.
I was very happy with the hotels and service in Tokyo and Kyoto but Osaka is off the map for me.

im staying at single room and my family stay at double(queen bed) and twin room. i found that room size of single room and double room is exactly same same. So that if u need a bigger room, u hv to book twins room. 7-11 n family mart are nearby, no need to worry no food or drink during midnight. hotel rate is really reasonable , especially in osaka.

The location is good. Easy access to the hotel from Nagahoribashi station(sakaisuji line).The hotel near shoping street Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori,just walk 10-15 mins.The room is small but clean . Nice hotel in overall.

This hotel is good value for money given its location to Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi where it's every shopaholic and foodie's dream come true!
Unfortunately the wi-fi was extremely slow, mostly hopeless throughout our 4 days stay.
In addition, room for improvement on housekeeping. Our dirty utensils were left unwashed each day & there were black/green moss lining around the shower area. Otherwise, the room was relatively clean.
No biggie for us as like many other reviews, the location factor trumps it all :)
