This is bran new hotel. I got chance to stay free from American Express Platinum card but I upgraded to club lounge floor only for 6000 Yen for 2 people..

First this location its in middle of Midosuji street you have 3 options chose any of station Honmachi or Yotsubashi but you can take taxi from Osaka Station only for 1200 Yen...
Room interior surprised me very elegant and well decorated, wide room, bath tub and advanced toilet.

Club lounge at 25th floor breathtaking view of Osaka. Nice break fast and very manner full staff.. Definitely will stay again...

Great hotel overall, location is very nice as its secondary enterance opens directly to an amazing shopping street where you feel great walking and experience the high life of osaka. Ideally far away from the night life district that you dont have to worry about noise pollution, yet you do not hesitate to commute back and forth from it whether by train or taxi. Choose the correct room and you will get a great view of osaka from a high floor room. In areas of improvement a bit more work on the concierge for guest would be appricated.

Took a Christmas Vacation and although my normal accommodations are at the Conrad Hilton, I decided to venture out. The Royal Park Hotel Iconic did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed the corner king delux with the oversized bed and exquisite view of the city. The executive lounge was as expected and the customer service was exceptional. I appreciate that their were English speakers at check in as well as in the lounge. Although COVID has caused a menu without variety, I recommend they rethink that option. Due to the limitations, I only ate breakfast at the hotel and was forced to either go out or use UberEats. This did not fair well. Additionally, I recommend adding blankets to the room. I stayed in the Executive Corner Deluxe and it would have been nice to have blankets while watching television from the couch. I did request one and it came but it was wool that shedded all over my clothes. In that regard, I definitely expected more from a hotel of such caliber. Finally, it would be nice if you offered your bath products and hand soaps for purchase. Upon my return, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

Room on the smallish side but suited my needs and everything appearsnew. Air-conditioning doesn't go below 20 degrees but Dehumidifier made up for it however could do with some instructions in English. The restaurant is closed for renovations so could not have dinner at hotel like I planned and there is no room service available as a result. Lucky there a quite a few places around the vicinity to eat at. Like a few other posters I didn't realise this hotel started on the 15th floor but was well signed. It explains why the taxis driver had never heard of the hotel, as he probably didn't know it was here. I stayed in a similar version in Tokyo and that time the driver there too struggled to locate the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. There are 4 combination washer and dryers on floor 23 around corner from the lift. What let the hotel down was a failure to provide an update that restaurant was being renovated as I booked awhile ago. I am paying to stay at a hotel that provides the services it advertised itself as providing. I often like room service too as I travel by myself. There is a steam iron in the room.

We stayed for two nights on honeymoon. Room itself was a little small but it was well organised so it didn’t feel cramped. And the bathroom was really spacious, with a lovely bath and shower room. My husband also made use of the gym which was on our floor. The location is great, around the corner from the subway and only one stop from the Main Street food district in Osaka. Really nice staff too. Breakfast was super, a great selection and even some nice coffee.

The hotel is in a business area it seems but we never ran into crowds. The metro stops we’re near by. The lobby is an elevator ride up a few floors. And then another elevator ride to the rooms. The hallways are dark and the rooms a little bit too decor-wise.

Our kids had a triple room which was nice.

There were decorative pillows and pjs on the bed each day. The AC was efficient and needed during the hot summer weather.

The best feature of this hotel was that there is a laundry room with four washer dryer combos. You can check on the TV their availability and time remaining until they’re open. After a couple of weeks on the road it was convenient to be able to wash in the hotel.

Modern and stylish place, very centrally located in downtown Osaka- 2 blocks from subway, 30 min walk north to Osaka Station, south to Namba station and Dotonbori, or east to Osaka Castle. Floors 15-25 of fancy office building with city views. Executive rooms excellent value as lounge provides full breakfast, light lunch and dinner, evening cocktails. Very quiet, good a/c, high quality amenities, Nespresso in room. No reason to stay anywhere else, unless you are focused on Osaka Bay/aquarium/Universal Studios (which is a bit far from here).

We had a lovely, lovely stay at the Iconic. We stayed in an executive king and the room was VERY well appointed. The bed was VAST!!!! The amenities in the room were lovely, including little 4 step skincare sets. The view was to die for, the Pyjamas were gorgeous and there was more than enough room for our large luggage. The executive lounge is a lovely added bonus for breakfast with a view. The staff were a dream. We arrived before check in and our room wasn’t ready but the reception staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we went exploring (they did the same after check out). I simply cannot understand why there are any less than favorable reviews - particularly about the staff who provided excellent service during our stay. We would happily return here.

The rooms feel cramped for a family, even with a reservation for three beds, making it challenging to store the suitcase properly. What's disappointing is that, while enjoying sparkling drinks at the bar, they tried to charge for nuts—a typically complimentary snack at most bars. After discussing with the staff, the manager eventually waived the fee. Perhaps the management should reconsider this policy, especially considering the bar was either empty or frequented by individuals only drinking water. Sad to experience that at our first stay at this Hotel.

Loved this hotel - from the rooms through to the wonderful meal you can buy at the restaurant for 50,000 Yen, three courses of fantastic food. The rooms weren't huge but enough for 3 and the bathroom/bath was a nice touch. Beds a little hard but the service was wonderful and we would stay again.
