From the location Connecting the subway station, the town in the center of Yucca is added for the location
The hardware part of the room part is without highlights full of APA style, this part does not need to speak
But there is a large bath is added points, plus the washing machine is also full of enough useful, and a lot of breakfast in general.
The shortcomings are also quite obvious, the number of elevators is only five. Peak times need to wait, plus he is using a zero-air design, so the feeling of heat and cold will be very obvious, so it is limited to the time.

The hotel amazing just like other Japanese hotel small but you got everything you need towel and other amenities replaced each day cleaning done every 3 days if you want your room to be clean every you just let them know the bed is comfortable even so I am solo it can sleep a couple comfortably. The shower got hot and cold with nice pressure guess what they installed shower head bollina you skin will be clean by 3rd day . The subway station under the hotel you can anywhere to Osaka just step up the room. Family mart 2nd floor if you need drink and late night snacks. Laundry and dryer B1 I find it the laundry expensive I save the good on last I never had such a good breakfast so long you can even call it lunch if you had around 12pm overall a fantastic hotel reasonable price I definitely stay APA Tower if I return back to Osaka.

I stayed here on a business trip. Most APA Hotel towers have an open-air bath in the middle of the building. The large public bath is on the first basement floor, and there is an open-air bath, so you can relax after work. You can sleep soundly. If you don't book in advance for the plan that includes breakfast, it will cost you more than 2,000 yen. As always, you end up eating too much at the buffet style buffet.

Dreadful : I booked at the last minute and had to pay about 400USD for 2 nights. As mort of rooms the room is very small but even though i spent 2 nights in a row they did not even bother to make the bed or change the bath towels, they just hang a plastic bag on the knob with new towels. Their smoking area is outside of the hôtel under the staircase you need a code to access but most of the staff ignorer the code! Rooms are very very noisy. I forgot my toilet bag in the bathroom and I had to argue with the unfriendly and non bilingual staff d'urine over 20 minutes Don t ever stay there!

My 21 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Room is small but ok when you’re basically just sleeping and showering. The bed and pillows were not too bad, have slept in more comfortable beds on our travels. The very small bathroom has a step up of about 30cm. The shower is over the bath, water is nice and hot and pressure is fantastic. The room has all the essentials - mini fridge, tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletry supplies. There is a mini mart in the hotel where you can pick up sacks, drinks including alcohol, dairy, light meals, toiletries etc. There is also a 7 Eleven a 2 minute walk around the corner. There is a subway entrance next door to the hotel and one a 5 minute walk around the corner.

You can enter the hotel from Exit 18 of Honmachi Station, which is directly below the hotel, without getting wet in the rain. There are quite a few stairs, so it is best to use the elevator. The smallness of the room is APA standard, so I have no complaints since I know this and am staying there. The room was facing the highway, but the drunk guy was able to sleep soundly, but if you are sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room on the opposite side or on a higher floor. This time I booked a plan that included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was buffet style at the restaurant on the second floor, and in addition to the usual Japanese and Western buffet menu, there was a fairly large selection of items such as Apa curry and meat soup. An old man's habit of ordering alcohol at a buffet even though he knows it will be a loss. The convenience store directly connected to the second floor is open 24 hours a day, so you can go buy alcohol anytime in your loungewear. The public bath opens at 6 a.m., but for old men who love morning baths, I wish it would open a little earlier. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at the restaurant on the second floor starting at 6:30. Well, I had a comfortable time. The building has an open-air corridor structure, so it's a little cold when you go to the public bath on the first basement floor in winter. I wonder if it's built so that it can be converted into an apartment when you quit the hotel in the future, or if you cut out the two rooms, it becomes a one-room apartment?

1. Dun believe google. Google tells u to exit 9 but exit from 18 and you can take the elevator to the hotel. 2. Express check in and out. Easy. No deposit required. 3. Room is kept clean and tidy. Bed is luxurious for one and enough for two. Mattress hard enough and pillows soft enough. 4. Bathroom has the cutest bathtub ever. 5. Breakfast is good but variety is limited. Cakes are a bit dry but when everything else is nice, maybe is is not necessary to rely on desserts to confuse the customers. Take away cups are provided if you want to bring your drink up. 6. Location: easy walk to the sybway, Any nearer, the hotel would need to be constructed on top of the station. 7. Public bath in B2. Nice easy soak after a long day walk. Commendable water pressure such that shower in the room or in the public bath are both enjoyable.
If the hotel wants to have extraordinary service, they probably need to encourage their staff to engage with the tourist so that if tourists ask questions, they can give a direct answer. So far interactions with the staff is not straight forward.
In summary, the hotel is very good. Takes quite a bit to find fault with them. Location is perfect because it is near enough to reach every where but far enough to distant yourself from the intense mad crowd that other stations are known for.

book by agoda. good value for money hotel. they have fully equipped amenities. from trousers press (available at every floor) to vending machine, ice machine and microwave (follow signage for more information). inside room they have hair dryer, slippers, yukata, jewelry disposal, huge tv, usb a charger. they refill your bath towel each day. just watch yiur step cause their is one at entrance and a huge one at toilet entrance. the only problem seems to be the toilet seat has no warmer. they are generous on shampoo, conditionner, hand soap and body bath. the staff are very nice and informative. there is a smoking area with locked door. you could take elevator going down for the osaka station. around the area has many izakaya and ramen shop , plus several 7 eleven or family mart. they even have a pool. it is amazing

I just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family. We booked two rooms and enjoyed our stay. The room is small and just nice for Asia couple, the size of the room is 11 meter square. The bed is comfortable and consider good with this price
The hotel is right above Hommachi Station, take exit 18 walk up the stairs is the hotel. Hommachi Station Is two station away from Namba station and Umeda Station. There is a family mart at the level 2 of the hotel and 7-11 is just 50 metres away from the hotel
The location is around 5-10 mins walking distant to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street.
At the basement 1, there is a hot man made onsen and can have a relax hot bath after long day shopping.
A lot of restaurants around the area and different kinds of foods to try.
Will stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka again.

I stayed in a twin room with a unit bath on the 5th floor. I thought it would be okay because the highway is right in front, but I was able to sleep quietly. The elevator was full in the morning, so it was hard to get on, so I wish I could use the emergency stairs. However, check-out was quick, as long as you don't have to pay, you just put your card key in a postbox-like place.
The pool was open like an apartment building, which was nice, but the hallway was a little cool. (I didn't see anyone in the pool.)
There was one indoor bath that was good for relieving fatigue, and two tub baths and one bath in a cool area that looked like an open-air bath, and there were many shower booths.
During the shower, the water was very weak at one point, so I couldn't wash my head, but I washed my body and waited in the indoor bath, and it was back to normal after about 5 minutes.
I couldn't find the omelette that was in the video on the website for breakfast, but there were Osaka specialties such as kasu udon, harihari nabe, croquettes (probably with Otafuku sauce?), and mixed juice, which were fun. From around 9am, additional items such as sandwiches were served as a brunch menu. For dessert, we had waffles and French toast with ice cream and custard cream.
Overall, it was a fun time. Thank you very much.
