Perfectly located for the hundreds of restaurants and bars in Dotonburi, we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are compact and there’s little storage space, but this is compensated by the bed - possibly the biggest I’ve ever slept in and very comfortable. Breakfast is a decent mix of Japanese and Western, with plenty of fresh fruit too. A big plus is the free hot and cold vending machines available from 1pm to midnight in the breakfast room. Loses a star for charging an additional ¥1000 an hour for check in before 3pm, which we felt unnecessary as the room was ready, but recommended nonetheless.

We stayed here for a few nights during our holiday in Japan. It's in a good location near shopping and the subway. The rooms are small but very clean and adequate if you don't have a lot of luggage.
The breakfast is fairly basic but gets you started for the morning. A nice tough is that they provide free ice cream, coffee and soft drinks all through the day. If you're travelling from the UK, think of it like a Premier Inn but with smaller, cleaner rooms.
The only downside is that there were zero English-speaking TV channels if you wanted to unwind in your room.

I must say before I checked in I thought it was just an ordinary hotel. But after checking in I was astonished by the many good qualities this hotel has to offer.
Location is perfect, right next to the Dotonburi and shinsai bashi areas. The staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms and the surrounding areas were clean. It looked more like a premium styles accomodation but good value for money. They have the option of having a joined room if one needs. Wireless is free and I tested the speed it was a whopping 45Mbps download speed. Unlike most rip off Aussie hotels that falsely advertise as free wifi then charge after 10min of usage this connection doesn’t get shaped.
One key highlight of this property is that you get free flowing welcome drinks and snacks between 1pm to midnight.
Breakfast is served on the first floor dining area. I don’t think they serve lunch or dinner there but you will find tonnes of places to eat nearby. During the buffet breakfast you will find a mix of both Japanese and western food. The drink machines serve a variety of drinks ranging from cafe latte., mocha, milk tea to matcha green tea either hot or cold. Other varieties are available too such ice tea etc. Not many hotels do this other than some places in Phuket and Taiwan.
The dining area is a perfect place to sit down and rest while sipping your cup of coffee.
Rooms may be compact but they maximise the efficiency of the room. Meaning you will find all your amenities in the right spots and easy to reach. You won’t hear noises from the busy streets outside.
TV is smaller and no google chrome-cast capabilities but they show most of the Japanese channels. Honestly no one really watches tv when you are on holidays.
Additionally I didn’t know this but they do offer a free airport pickup from Kansai airport. You can check with the hotel on this but I did see this on YouTube. Overall this hotel is highly recommend if you are looking for palace which is value for money and a perfect location.

This hotel is an absolute find. We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in and were greeted in such a friendly way with a super smooth check-in process to every minute in the hotel. Our room was spacious (by Japanese standards) and well fitted with separate toilet and bathroom. Shower was superb. Bed very comfortable. Aircon/wifi great. The location is amazing - just out of the hotel turn left and you are in the Shinsaibashi bustling shopping area and turn right and you are in Dontonbori. Also Osaka Namba station is a five minute walk away (for the train to Nara). The hotel has free coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area at all times which was wonderful. Breakfast was a wide range of Japanese dishes and also Western style options such as toast and scrambled egg. Service was wonderful and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Family Mart convenience store just across the road for any extras we needed. We'd definitely come back here if we are in Osaka again.

I 'd like to share my recent experience with this hotel. To me hotel should rate based at least 3 categories: design, cleanliness and services. It does not have a closet, you have to hang your coats and outfit on the wall, the bed sheet is only changed every four day, that leaves your room a mess. They don't clean the room or make the bed, they just change the new towels when you drop the used ones in the basket, if not they won't replace with clean ones. In Vegas the bed sheet is changed every other day or everyday on request, but even when it is not changed, the room is still cleaned up and the bed is made. Here they don't change the bedsheet and won't clean the room and won't make the bed. It was a terrible experience, especially it s a hotel in Japan where cleanliness is a priority.

I was supposed to book my family in another hotel but am very happy that we decided to switch to this hotel. It had all I wanted in a simple hotel, without the unnecessary luxuries and frills of 5-star hotels: (1) Impeccably clean and comfortable rooms and vicinity. Rooms may be small but we got a connecting room package composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each which was perfect for my family of 4. Building structure is modern and the design allowed lots of spaces and parking areas around the building so it did not feel cramped. (2) Great location that is very close to the center of action in Osaka. Only 3 mins walk to Shinsaibashi Suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori (Osaka's gastronomic center), and yet was located in a block that was far enough from the crowded and noisy areas. It was easy to go back and forth from the hotel to the shopping/dining areas. Further, it is only about 7 mins away from the Shinsaibashi Station so commuting to other areas was a breeze. (3) Free drinks, soup and light treats at the dining lounge from 1 pm to midnight everyday. It was always relaxing to hang out and take some refreshments at the lounge after a long day of shopping and sight-seeing. (4) Friendly and accommodating staff. All in all, it's a modern, well-kept, cozy and delightful home away from home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Osaka.

Loved this hotel. Free non-alcohol drinks and skincare items at front desk were very generous. Room was clean, simple and nicely designed. The bed was the biggest bed we have ever slept in at any hotels. Very popular with foreign tourists and front desks are multilinguals and very nice. Breakfast was decent but definitely not for vegetarian. Lots of heavy meat dishes. They do a good job trying to offer many dishes in small space though. It is very close to Namba station, but you can get lost easily since station is confusing and busy. When you are going through underground shopping, (Namba walk) at Namba station I suggest using exit 24 (yellow sign) and use escalator by Starbucks if you have luggage. Exit the door by Lawson (convenient store) and walk though small alley by Lawson. I had a very comfortable stay and will stay there again for sure.

It is a known fact that the majority of hotels in Japan are notoriously small and cramped. I was glad to see that their rooms offer bigger space than the traditional hotels around Osaka. I have stayed in a twin bed room and you have enough space to spread out your luggage on the floor. The toilet and the shower have separate rooms which make it suitable for couples or families utilizing both amenities at the same time.
The staff are courteous and very prompt in answering my queries. I was with a large group of 66 people and they have easily catered to all our needs. With regards to location, this is the best area to stay since it is only a few minutes walk to the main shopping mall at Shinsaibashi. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is really clean. There are no stains or mould in the shower area and the room is clean and dust free (perhaps due to non carpet flooring).
The room size is standard for Japanese hotels, just enough room to move around. We had the two single beds combined into one large bed. Clothes rack limited with only 6 hangers.
Breakfast spread is very quick and simple. Be sure to go down before 830am as there will be a queue from 9am onwards on most days. There are free hot and cold drinks daily from 2pm-9pm. This is a plus point as we stayed during winter. After being out in the cold for so long the hot drinks helped warm us back.
There are only two laundry machines in the hotel and sometimes both may be occupied.
The staff is friendly and accomodating. Have contacted them couple of times with multiple queries and request prior to our trip. They have responded promptly each time.
In terms of location, this hotel is 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi/ metro station and 15 minutes walk to Namba Airport station. Very convenient.
