We loved the location of this hotel as we were surrounded by metro line choices and proximity to both Osaka and Shin-Osaka train station (2 and 4 stops away respectively). It matched up with our itinerary as we made Osaka our base for exploring and went to Universal Studios, Kyoto and Nara for day trips and it all seemed relatively convenient from here.

When we arrived our room was ready and they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. The hotel has some extra toiletries in the lobby but the room was pretty well equipped. The lobby area also has a restaurant that serves both an affordable ramen dinner and a buffet breakfast. The breakfast is absolutely worth it here and if you don't book it with your stay, it is a steal at 1200 yen per adult. The breakfast has a good combination of gyoza dumplings, chicken dishes, tempura, Japanese soups and a salad station. The lobby restaurant also has a refreshment station where you can get coffee, water, green tea or pop 24/7.

The room was very comfy and quiet and was a little bit bigger than most rooms we stayed in. We got a good night's rest here and felt ready to explore each day. The bathroom was a bit small and my head was nearly hitting the ceiling in the shower but great pressure and easily adjustable temperature. The toiletries provided were good quality too. The room had a kettle, mini fridge, large TV, an air purifier and a work station.

The hotel is very close to Dotonbori area but far enough away that it is quiet. The whole area outside is a little messy with many tourists leaving their garbage wherever. We were here during the Japanese New Year celebrations so many restaurants were closed but there were still plenty of options nearby.

This hotel was very conveniently situated, a short walk from two train stations and convenience stores, by many restaurants and bars, and close to the awesome Shinsaibashi strip for all your shopping desires. The area came to life at night and it was fun exploring! The hotel itself was good for the money, staff was helpful, rooms were a decent size and offered most necessities if needed. The on-site breakfast buffet was basic, but enough to feel full. I don't know what it is about their showerheads, but the pressure is always abundant and never an issue with hot water. I would stay here again, it's a great value.

Excellent hotel with friendly staffs and great services! Booked at a great value too especially given the convenient location which was nearby shopping districts. There are also several train stations nearby making travelling to other places convenient as well.

Only room for improvement would be to have more variety of food for breakfast, or perhaps to switch up different types of food on a daily basis as the buffet food served appears to be similar throughout my stay.

Enjoyed my stay here, thank you and would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

This is a clean and modern hotel located within an easy walk of the Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori shopping, dining, nightlife district. The included breakfast buffet was OK with both Japanese and western dishes. Free soft drinks and coffee are available 24 hours. Biggest problem was with the room. Our reservation was for a "Triple room with three twin beds." However, we were assigned what apparently was a double room in which a roll-away bed had been wedged between two twin beds. Because of the small size of the room, there was not enough room to walk between the beds -- they essentially became one big bed that we had to get into by crawling up from the foot of the bed. Another small irritation was the fact that the staff curiously refused to post a stamped envelope for me.

Hotel prices during the holidays are so overpriced but glad that I was able to book this hotel considering the location, within comfortable distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. The rooms are small as expected but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. What I like most was the lounge area where you can have free coffee and tea. Guests are allowed to hang out and enjoy their take out food in the area. On the first few days of January, they provided guests with matcha tea and some Japenese sweets for free, which was appreciated.

What I would say I didn’t like was their towels. A lot of their towels had some sort of stain, which would be visible if you closely check it against the light. My husband didn’t mind but I’m very particular about it. It’s the first time I encountered such thing in the several times I’ve been to Japan. Everything is almost always spotless. Anyway, overall it’s still a clean hotel and my issue on the towel may be minor to some.

I would probably consider this hotel again when I visit Osaka considering the friendly price and depends also on my itinerary because it’s quite far from the main train stations.

The Hotel is very near to shopping area Shinsaibashi. There are also a lot of eateries around the vicinity. The breakfast provided by the Hotel has a wide variety too.
The only down point is that the area becomes too rowdy at night as there are a lot of clubs, pubs and drinking areas around the hotel.

The hotel is close to three metro stations of various lines, so it's very convenient for getting around Osaka. Staff are nice, many of them speak Mandarin. Room is small but sufficient as we went out most of the time for sight seeing. Room is clean, there is shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand wash in bathroom. Free wifi in lobby and room.

Our package included daily breakfast which was really nice, the restaurant also offers shabu shabu buffet in the evening which was good too.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

This is a modern hotel that is above a large shopping centre. There are multiple restaurants, a bar and free Wi-fi. Be aware that some windows open onto an inner courtyard so don’t have great views. The rooms are quite small but normal for Japan.
