The location is unbeatable! The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was great until my second morning. I placed the "do not disturb" sign outside on my door - which means my room will not be made. I went out for a few hours and came back to see my room nicely made. I'm not angry about my room being made but I'm upset that someone came in even though there was a do not disturb sign on my door. I had some private items in my room so I didn't want anyone coming in. I stayed in room 703.
the hotel is clean and comfortable. great location. right next to Seven Eleven store. just 500m walk to Shinsaibashi Sta and near to Dotonburi area. the front-desk staffs are friendly and helpful. will definetely staying here if i comeback to osaka
i stayed at sarasa hotel shinsaibashi for 10 nights. the location was very good, just outside Nagahoribashi station exit 5A or you can walk from Shinsaibashi station via Crysta underground mall. Around 7 mins to Shinsaibashi shopping street. 7-11 amd mos burger next door. My single room was very small and narrow..but it worked for me since i was staying alone. Just a little comment, it is generally clean but housekeeping can be improved. On some days, tissues were not replaced and the floor still had hairs i cleaned them myself using wet tissue after i got back. On another day, the housekeeper replaced the tissues into the tissue box but left the packaging on the table. Other than this small issue everything was fine.. Oh they only provided 2 hangers so maybe bring some yourself. i bring foldable hangers whenever i travel so this was alright. Overall good price and location!…
This is a lovely place to stay: very central, convenient for shopping and with a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby. Metro station and a 7-Eleven are next door. The hotel itself is very clean, functional and offers the facilities you could expect: cable TV, tea/coffee making facilities, evening robe, smart phone and a brilliant wi-fi. Prices are reasonable; staff is very friendly, helpful and speak good English. All in all, a very good hotel and one that I will consider on a possible trip back to Osaka.
Pros: - bright room with all amenities evening robe. - clean - daily cleaning available - near osaka metro station: Ngahoribasi (nearest) and Shinsaibashi(8min walk via crysta Nagahori shopping link mall): look for south exit 3 (南3) for elevator if you have big luggages. Cons: - booked a non-smoking room but the room still have smoking smell (they provide air purifier, but didn’t work too well) - dusty tissue box and hair-dryer.
