It’s a very family friendly hotel, I had requested an very late check in and there’s at least 3 staff waiting there during check in which around 11:45pm, they host event (traditional costume/ some local physical game/ traditional food tasting) itself every single day, you may check with them on further details, and the hotel serve free flow beverage, and 8:30-9:30pm you may also enjoy free ramen and alcohol drink at their breakfast area! If I’m travel to Osaka again this will be my 1st choice hotel!

Great choice to stay in Osaka. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of Shinsaibashi, walking distance from hundreds of shops and restaurants, and very close to Dotonbori. The subway is very close, so it's very easy to move around the city and even reach other places like Kyoto or Nara.
The hotel facilities are modern and look new, the room is small (As most rooms in Japan) but neat, and the lobby has massage chairs available to unwind after a day of walking. Also, I loved every day they had games, activities or trivias for the guests. Also, the evening free ramen dinners are phenomenal.
All those little details made this a very pleasant stay, I strongly recommend this place and I would stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

Thank you for your review and stay! We are glad to see your recognition of the hotel's location and services! The hotel is next to Shinsaibashi business district! This will not only make it easier for you to taste authentic cuisine. Drugstores and department stores everywhere can also meet the shopping needs of each guest. Japanese hotel rooms are relatively small, thank you for your understanding! Our hotel also introduced various humanized services to make up for this small deficiency! For example, ramen drinks and drinks in the evening, and various lending services at the hotel front desk! Come and enrich your visit to Osaka! Our hotel will also strive to improve its shortcomings in the future work! Strive to provide a comfortable and clean living environment for every staying guest! We are looking forward to your next visit!

This hotel is perfectly positioned, being under 5 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station and shopping centre, and 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori. The rooms are compact, but spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderfully helpful and efficient. Lots of freebies available such as pocket wifi rental, ramen tasting and cookery demonstrations. We will certainly stay there again.

I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff is so hell-bent on making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Everyone is extremely friendly (without coming off as fake), if you have a question or need help they'll do everything they can.
Also, the amount of free extra's is extraordinary. You've got free ramen and alcohol every evening, the mini bar in your room is free, you can use umbrella's when it's rainy outside, there are massage chairs in the lobby. Free activities too - like wearing a kimono with a photoshoot or ceramics painting. You really can't beat this, anywhere.
As for the room, it's small, but that's to be expected in Japan. It is very clean and the rooms still feel very new. There is a quick working heating and airconditioning system.
Overall we couldn't have wished for a better stay in Osaka!

We spent a few nights at the bridge hotel while visiting an Osaka last week. Although the rooms are very small, they were big enough for a family of three to be comfortable. The best part about this hotel with the breakfast. They offer a very large continental breakfast each morning and the food was delicious. A wide variety of western and Japanese food. We were not disappointed and we’re glad we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is fantastic, in a very hip yet quiet neighbourhood. Many vintage stores and variety of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Dotonbori and subway. It is also right next to the street with all the high end drainer shops. Daimaru department store nearby with beautiful dining options in the cellar. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. I booked on the hotel website and breakfast and late check out was included. The breakfast has many western and Japanese options. They also offer free ice cream, free alcoholic beverages and free ramen in the evening! The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was really nice for us to stay. Supplies was sufficient. What you would need, you could ask the hotel staff & they can provide it to you. Food (ramen) is provided by the hotel at a limited time period. Drinks is free flow. And there is some workshops / games to let us participate in. It is different daily. However, a demerit of the hotel is location. A bit far from the central location of the town.

One night stay only with family including 2 children under 12. Friendly staff, good location near Shinsaibashi Station, free happy hour and evening ramen supper makes up for the modest room and age of the hotel. Toilet is a little cramp for us but works! The 12F is a scenic photo location but we missed the chance due to tight program. All in all satisfied!

Had an amazing 3 night stay at The Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic and the amenities were great. The biggest plus though is the staff. I lost my phone on the train and they were incredibly helpful calling the station for me to find my phone. I was able to get it back thanks to them. Top notch customer service all around. It was my first time staying here and this will be my go to hotel when I’m back in Osaka. Thank you for everything!!!
