This hotel overall is very good, it is in close proximity to a family mart (a small store for food and smaller goods) and a metro station. The hotel carries a distinct look from the outside but is modern and fairly basic on the inside. The rooms are clean and the hotel boasts an onsen (a Japanese communal bath) and a steam room. The staff are really nice and I would revisit if I come to Osaka again. Very good value for money, great job!

Room Tip: Use the metro and the nearby vending machines, don’t bother with the tullys coffee nearby.

I went there with my son's family (10 people) after seeing Alegria's Kansai performance.
I've been there a few times, and it's great to have a spa in the hotel to relax your tired body after playing. The air conditioning worked great too.

I really liked my experience from this Hotel in Osaka. I loved the floor where you have an open air Onsen for free as well as massages and a relax area. Very nice and really a way to experience a bit of japaneese tourism.
The breakfast was awesame since you had a large variety of western and local food.
The situation is very well located, lots of stores and shops and convenient stores around and not far neither from the metro station, neither from the famous shop galleries.
I would really like to back there and enjoy longer their spa.
Tje service was veru friendly and spoke a very good english.
I strongly recommend it!

I didn't understand why all the reviews were complaining about the location. It's not a secret, you can google where it is. It is about 15m walking distance from the castle. My disappointment was:
Minuscule old looking rooms, very tight for 2 pax, you don't even have room to put the luggage. The Bathroom looks like it got suck in the 90s. Decoration is also pretty bad, worse than Ibis. Staff is average, rather inattentive and unfriendly for Japan's standards. You have to pay not only for the pool (I knew this already) but also for
The fitness center (major reason why I booked the hotel) and it is expensive (around 25€ per use). I wouldn't stay here again neither would I recommend it.

For a relatively new hotel, my room was a bit tired. Fabulous shower pressure though! Among the strongest in the world!!! If the room rate was around or below 10000 yen I would have had no complaints, however, I was paying something like 16000 yen and by adding extra 4,5000 yen, I could have stayed at the St.Regis or the Ritz-Calton so......I guess I won't be coming back here.

The hotel is a little far from the metro, and it is not one of the main stations so you have to change train on the way to your destination 99% of the time, but with Japanese infastructure that is not a problem what so ever. Also this station has no elevator and a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind with your heavy luggage. The hotel is huge, but the rooms are pretty avarage Japanese standard rooms. The staff are very helpfull with everything you need, they even helped me with a huge package I needed to be send home, so they lend me a little roller carrige for it so I could transport it to the postoffice not far away. The breakfast buffet has everything even free soda for your breakfast :D

I stayed for about a week, very new hotel with a great finish. I liked the corridors with relaxing music and aromatherapy oils. Great value for money. It had an excellent gym (you need to pay 1800 yen though) and onsen (hot spring bath) on the roof top was fantastic! Free use of onsen and massage chairs (which was outside the onsen). Very close to the station, about 5 mins walk. I will definitely go back there again!

We stayed the night in Osaka and were looking for convenient hotel after staying 3 nights in a row in Ryokans. We had rather low expectations of this hotel due to the price. However, arriving there we were rather surprised finding a very modern and new hotel. Although they do not have WIFI in every room, the hotel will provide you which a router you can setup yourself (takes less than 2 minutes). The rooms and bathroom are big for japanese hotel. I will stay there again next time I will be in Osaka

I only spent one night here, but for my first night in Japan I was very comfortable. The room was small but comfortable. Pajamas and essential toiletries included. Very good Japanese breakfast buffet. As for price and location, I cannot comment because I don't know.

I'm going to write it in English, because of my disapointment and I hope hotel representatives will react.

I've been welcomed by a rude woman (I know, I didn't write the name, I was tired) and she confronted me with the fact that I was in a smoking room. My child is "severly"
asthmatic. I asked for a change : not possible ! dam, Please explain me how can you book a room for a family with a child in a smoking room ? she refused to hear any changes and offered to spray the room....very disapointing and her bahaviour is not up to Japanese Standard I was able to see in Japan !

the good side

+ Hotel is on a good location (centraly)
+ Room are big
+ ONSEN is flawless and very relaxing ! a must do !!

bad side
- Rooms are outdated
- Smoking room for Child ? seriously ?
- rudeness of receptionist
- breakfast is outdated and not up to standards

avoid it, but the ONSEN is really really good.
