I've been there a few times, and it's great to have a spa in the hotel to relax your tired body after playing. The air conditioning worked great too.

The breakfast was awesame since you had a large variety of western and local food.
The situation is very well located, lots of stores and shops and convenient stores around and not far neither from the metro station, neither from the famous shop galleries.
I would really like to back there and enjoy longer their spa.
Tje service was veru friendly and spoke a very good english.
I strongly recommend it!
Minuscule old looking rooms, very tight for 2 pax, you don't even have room to put the luggage. The Bathroom looks like it got suck in the 90s. Decoration is also pretty bad, worse than Ibis. Staff is average, rather inattentive and unfriendly for Japan's standards. You have to pay not only for the pool (I knew this already) but also for
The fitness center (major reason why I booked the hotel) and it is expensive (around 25€ per use). I wouldn't stay here again neither would I recommend it.

I've been welcomed by a rude woman (I know, I didn't write the name, I was tired) and she confronted me with the fact that I was in a smoking room. My child is "severly"
asthmatic. I asked for a change : not possible ! dam, Please explain me how can you book a room for a family with a child in a smoking room ? she refused to hear any changes and offered to spray the room....very disapointing and her bahaviour is not up to Japanese Standard I was able to see in Japan !
the good side
+ Hotel is on a good location (centraly)
+ Room are big
+ ONSEN is flawless and very relaxing ! a must do !!
bad side
- Rooms are outdated
- Smoking room for Child ? seriously ?
- rudeness of receptionist
- breakfast is outdated and not up to standards
avoid it, but the ONSEN is really really good.
"Use the metro and the nearby vending machines, don’t bother with the tullys coffee nearby."Read full review
"The same tip always in Japan: higher = better. There are smoking rooms if you ask and you can actually open the windows if you try"Read full review
