Brilliant hotel. Large room as big as an apartment.Terrific decor. Most amazing helpful staff. Very welcoming. Good value. One of best hotels stayed in Japan. Good location... Spotless rooms. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff spoke good English and helpful with information.

Hi, no idea either. In fact I looked on their site and couldn't find where it said that. However, it's a really good hotel, friendly and in a good place.
