A lovely old fashioned style hotel situated within a delightful village. The room was clean and tidy with a large en-suite. The owners were charming and very helpful and we enjoyed superb dinners and tasty breakfasts. A great place to say and do go on one of Dans boats trips, which are fantastic.

Large spacious room with Wi-Fi and flat screen TV, good en suite facilities. Food tasty and drinks available including wines and beers. Fabulous boat trip with Dan out to the Pacific a well worth addition if you are staying here.

The hotel was very clean, rooms small they had wi fi but my TV didn't work and we suspected it was the satellite. I had salmon dinner in their restaurant which was so good if I was alone I would licked the plate. If I were in that location again I would stay and eat there again

If you're in Zeballos, this means that already you're special. This village isn't for weaklings. Dripping with authentic history not sanitized for tourists, the village is a gold mine for history buffs where old buildings and the main street tell great stories about their rough and ready gold rush past. The place to stay is the Cedars Inn which is...

I stayed at the Cedars Inn last summer with a friend of mine while fishing in Esperanza Inlet. The Inn was just what we needed after a few days on the boat. Nothing super fancy, just a well kept room with the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. Our room had a kitchenette and fridge which was nice. The staff...

We stayed in Cedars Inn while on a Naturetrek holiday. We loved it. If you want a luxury trendy hotel don't bother, you are in the middle of nowhere. But, if you want a comfortable hotel in Idyllic surroundings with wonderful wildlife come to Cedars Inn. Christina the owner really went the extra mile managing to feed a vegan and...

We took the day to drive from Vancouver to Zeballos, then stayed the night at the Cedars Inn. We had an excellent dinner at the Blue Heron. Great hospitality, Christine and her sister Mikaela were happy to chat and share their knowledge of the area. The rooms were fine. Next morning we loaded our gear on the water taxi and...

Delightful package with water taxi, kayak rental, local knowledge, wildlife spotting, friendly service. Dan and Kris are great. Highly recommended. P.S. Make sure you arrive with all your specialty items; this is the end of the road.

In July 20010 we were on a kayaking trip with a small group. Two couples had booked this place to stay while he kept our options open until we got to Zeballos. When we all looked at the rooms in The Cedars, the rooms were found to be very musty smelling, and dindge so everyone decided to move to the...

My group of kayakers has overnighted at Cedars Inn two years in a row - this older facility ( was the Zeballos Hospital) is clean and basic but offers lovely deckside viewing and hospitality - also the food is very good - Chef Christina is also the reception, booking/accounting and general manager - her dinner salmon and fresh ling cod,...
