I don't have an email address but the phone number is listed online if you search Amanda Resort Mirissa (I can't post it on here!) I travelled in Sri Lanka in the summer and found the easiest thing to do was call each place and ask for a price that way, it's almost always much cheaper than booking online through Agoda etc. It's super cheap to get a local SIM if you're going to make lots of calls too.
Hope that helps!
