Park is clean and quiet and I know the owners are committed to everyone enjoying their stay. I was however a little taken aback when we arrived at our cabin to find no a/c, which in this location is quite necessary. I didn't think there would be cabin accommodation that was without a/c nowadays. It Had 2 rooms, the main cooking area with a bunk bed had a ceiling fan and in the main bedroom......nothing. It was pretty awful trying to sleep. Be aware.

I booked for May 2022 when WA announced borders would reopen on Feb 4. Then on Jan 20 the WA Premier announced that borders would remain closed indefinitely. We had to cancel because it threw our big lap plans to WA into chaos. This Park is the only place that charged a $25 cancellation fee. Bad profit.

This was my first time to port Gregory, on recommendation from a friend. And she was not wrong. This place was truely amazing. I was always a bit concerned with traveling and camping with my 2 year old, but not anymore. The camping ground was immaculate, and everyone was so friendly, especially the owners Sam and Tim. My daughter and I had a ball camping together, beaching everyday with day trips to kalbarri and north Hampton. The beach was absolutely perfect for my little one, and she definitely built up her confidence around water. The park was nice and quiet and the amenities were above expectation. I cannot recommend this place high enough, especially for families.

We visited the Caravan park over the Christmas/ New Year break and had a fantastic time! We stayed in one of the chalets with two kids which provided everything we needed for a fuss free stay. The kids had the absolute best time making friends with all the other kids in the park and getting to experience a taste of the childhoods we had playing and making friends. The proximity to the most amazing beach was excellent as well as having a small general store right next door. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to get back!

We have arrived home after our best Christmas + New Year break at Port Gregory. The kids had the best 10 days making friends, playing and enjoying a bit of freedom in this beautiful caravan park. This was the perfect spot to set up in for beach days in the lagoon, visits to Lucky Bay, Kalbarri and Northampton…with a quiet place to chill at after a day out. Sam & Tim keep the park to an amazing standard and were so accommodating with the power outages that were across the region (it’s amazing how people perceive these outages to be the park not the whole area!). Even with power down the wonderful breeze made for great afternoons with friends. The rec room and bbq area was really generous and always clean and the amenities were great and always spotless. Loved our stay so much we’ve booked in for next Jan.

Had booked for a 12 day stay only to find out on the day we arrived that the power had been out at the park since the previous day we thought it wrong that we were not notified of the power outage ,we we’re then told that the generator would keep everything running not a prob as it was 45 degrees and we had brought meat, salad and other perishables we needed to keep cold only to have the power cut in and out non stop for the next two days, and when I went to question why the generator power was cutting in and out I was told quite rudely and I quote ( cause everyone’s got there sh:t on ) found it very unprofessional and rude.My main complaint is not with the power itself being out but that the park didn’t notify us of this when they could have flicked us a quick email or given a quick ring before we had even left home so we could have made changes to how much meat and perishables we were bringing ,over all great beach sadly the only thing the place has got going for it sub par ammenities and rude staff definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend the place at all especially when there are so many other great parks that offer so much more In Kalbarri. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

What a great afternoon out on the beach, in the dunes and on the lake shore. Would not have had the opportunity to see most of what was hidden the sand dunes and thank you for sharing a little bit of local history. Great tour for everyone. Highly recommend this tour offered by the park. :-) You can book you buggy seat from their website. Was a lot of fun.

We stayed at Port Gregory for 1 night to show our daughter the pink lake while heading up north. We received a great welcome from the owner upon arrival. We were placed in a bay that was very accommodating to us sleeping in swags as it was lovely and green. The facilities were close by and were very clean. The shower was hot in the morning which is great after a long night on the ground. There wasn't too much for us to do in town as we are not a fishing family but if you are then Port Gregory is a great place to stay.
