Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not really much to say. It’s a basic camp site with not a lot going on. It’s in the middle of what appears to be a dead-end town with nothing but locals mooching around, which isn’t a bad thing- just a surprise. Nothing wrong with the site for a single night. Cheap and cheerful.

Fresh, clean, beautiful place. As a rec room where hubby and I shared a game of pool, its also has clean bbq areas protected from the wind. Greeted politely on check in with a smile. Laundry facilities great and things to see walking distance.

Great spot, very quiet with green mesh for keeping van tidy. Lovely clean park and amenities are spotless. Park is 300m walking distance to gorgeous beach and pink lake just around the corner. Convenient store a block down that has everything you need including alcohol. The real standout was the Recreation Room, this will keep the big and liitle kids happy for hours and the video games are 20c for 4 credits!

Port Gregory is a very town we called in there because of school holidays and could not get into Kalbarri. Port Gregory is where the Pink Lake is located you will pass it as you drive in Port Gregory The Caravan park is the only one in town we found the people who manage it or own it very nice and very helpful. Keep this place in mind if you cannot get into Kalbarri it is only 64km drive

Park is clean and quiet and I know the owners are committed to everyone enjoying their stay. I was however a little taken aback when we arrived at our cabin to find no a/c, which in this location is quite necessary. I didn't think there would be cabin accommodation that was without a/c nowadays. It Had 2 rooms, the main cooking area with a bunk bed had a ceiling fan and in the main bedroom......nothing. It was pretty awful trying to sleep. Be aware.

I booked for May 2022 when WA announced borders would reopen on Feb 4. Then on Jan 20 the WA Premier announced that borders would remain closed indefinitely. We had to cancel because it threw our big lap plans to WA into chaos. This Park is the only place that charged a $25 cancellation fee. Bad profit.

This was my first time to port Gregory, on recommendation from a friend. And she was not wrong. This place was truely amazing. I was always a bit concerned with traveling and camping with my 2 year old, but not anymore. The camping ground was immaculate, and everyone was so friendly, especially the owners Sam and Tim. My daughter and I had a ball camping together, beaching everyday with day trips to kalbarri and north Hampton. The beach was absolutely perfect for my little one, and she definitely built up her confidence around water. The park was nice and quiet and the amenities were above expectation. I cannot recommend this place high enough, especially for families.

We visited the Caravan park over the Christmas/ New Year break and had a fantastic time! We stayed in one of the chalets with two kids which provided everything we needed for a fuss free stay. The kids had the absolute best time making friends with all the other kids in the park and getting to experience a taste of the childhoods we had playing and making friends. The proximity to the most amazing beach was excellent as well as having a small general store right next door. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to get back!
