Losari is the most beautiful place. It is located on a large property, approx 10 minutes drive to the north of Margaret River town. There are only around 6 cabins, all with complete privacy.
We had a one bedroom cabin with a hot tub on the balcony, overlooking the property's lake. It was idyllic. When you arrive, you walk directly into the bedroom area which is at the back of the cabin, and houses a very comfy bed, and an open methylated spirits fireplace. Then you walk passed the very stylish bathroom, which has double shower, glass divide, stone tiles, etc...
At the front of the cabin, overlooking the lake is a large kitchen area, including cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, as well as a comfortable sitting area. Then there is a large covered deck with table/chairs and the hot tub.
There is a weber gas BBQ if needed.
We found it a very comfortable base for our Margaret River explorations, and most nights ate in the cabin. There is no large internal dining table, so we ate on the 2 stools at the kitchen bench, which was still lovely.
The cabin was cosy, warm, luxurious, and a very romantic setting. The short drive out from the the township was no bother as it gave us seclusion and privacy, on a large property. The bird life was amazing. We even had an early morning spa with a coffee and watched the birds.
The hosts are very friendly, conscientious to offer a luxurious experience, and very welcoming. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again.

As soon as we got the the reception we felt so welcome by the owner.
Photos don't do this property justice how beautiful it is and how spacious it feels. This property was apparently booked out yet we owner saw a couple cars in passing, you would think you had it to yourself. Definitely recommend the Lakeview villa. The Villa is beautiful, especially the bathroom and a fire place in the bedroom.
The villa has everything you would need for a self contained property, even down to a phone charger. We had a lovely home cooked meal the first night with local produce.

The reception is very minimal and no wifi in the villa but we really didn't mind and a chance to stay offline for a bit. A huge selection of DVDs in the main office and the perfect private outdoor spa.

Plus one of the most comfortable beds i have slept on. Have already recommended this place to multiple friends.

Without doubt this is the best accommodation in Margaret River. Stop reading reviews and just book them right now. There's a reason they are so often sold out. I almost don't want to post this review as I want this to be kept a secret.

The setting is utterly magic. The moment you turn into their incredible tree lined driveway you realise you are somewhere unique.

The rooms are lovely, the views are stunning and the service friendly. You feel like you're the only people on property even when they are sold out. We felt so relaxed here. You disconnect from the world (aka limited cell/internet coverage) and just enjoy the beautiful countryside. What a great place to return to after a busy day exploring Margaret River.

Stop reading this review and book now.

My wife and I have just enjoyed a wonderful three night stay at Losari Retreat in Margaret River and can’t wait to return there. From the moment we drove into the retreat we knew that we had found somewhere special to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. A beautiful tree lined driveway leads up to the main house and reception area and is surrounded by immaculate grounds that overlook the lake. There we met our lovely hosts Deb and Eli and their very friendly and well behaved dogs, Peanut and Biscuit. The villa we stayed in was superbly located, very well appointed and the king size bed was supremely comfortable. The heated spa was an absolute treat and was an ideal place to relax after visiting some of the local wineries. There was an abundance of birdlife and other animals and the sound of the kookaburras as the sun went down was just magical. If you need somewhere special to pamper yourself and unwind then look no further than Losari Retreat.

My husband and I stayed at Losari during July for 5 nights. Even two storms and power outages couldn't stop us from enjoying our stay. The chalets are far enough apart from each other that you feel that you are quite private and secluded.
My husband had just had an operation and this was the perfect getaway to relax and recuperate. From the hot spa, to the fire, the heated towel rails (a very welcome treat) and the welcoming bottle of Prosecco we felt very special from the moment we arrived.
Deb, Ben and Ellie were very accommodating, Deb even turning up at our door with a flask of hot water for our morning coffee when the power went out. And their dogs Peanut and Biscuit make the cutest welcoming committee.
We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Losari. It is close enough to the town for ameniities but far enough away to feel you are "away from it all" We would recommend it to anyone needing some "time out" .
A and A Howie

Exhausted we finally arrived @ Losari Retreat for some serious R & R.
We left feeling refreshed minus the extra bags under our eyes we arrived with.

Losari Lakeside villa certainly welcomed us with open arms.
The Villa and gardens are tended to with TLC, oozing with serenity which envelops you as you walk out on the patio overlooking the lake.

Birdsong greets you as you slip into the generously sized spa which helps to soothe the tired body and relieve aches and pains. Everything you need is supplied, it is fully and luxuriously self contained. As an extra you can order breakfast and meal hampers, cheese and chocolate, sparkling wine.

If a touch of luxury, a hug from mother nature and a warm welcome entice you then Losari Retreat is the place to go.

Demi & Ben were warm and welcoming with their friendly pooch Lia welcoming us each day as she checked the grounds quietly.

A plethora of birdlife, love this retreat and call it home and we do too (home away from home).

The villas are surrounded by trees to protect your privacy and are well spaced so that you feel like you are the only ones on the property.

Another advantage of staying at Losari is its close proximity to Margaret River Town, even though you feel like you are miles away from it. This makes life a little easier if you want to pop into town to do some shopping or enjoy the many dining options MR town offers. There is also a great brewery down the road which has a relaxed vibe, delicious food and great beer & cider, not to mention the wonderful wineries around the region.

This place is honestly amazing you must add it to your list of places to stay! When driving in down the beautiful driveway you immediately fall in the love the grounds are so well kept and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only booked 1 night but regretted not booking 2 or more. The villas are amazing so well kept and clean. We booked the Botanica spa room and within ten minutes we felt so relaxed. I said to my partner this is hands down the best place we have ever stay and we have stayed at alot. Now looking at there wedding options so we can return and keep this place as a special memory.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a special occasion. Couldn't have wished for more. The accommodation and grounds are wonderful. The private chef cooked a delicious meal for us in our villa, all we had to do was enjoy our evening.
Our entire experience was delightful.
Thank you to Deb & Ben for their assistance in arranging all that we requested, nothing was too much trouble.

A wonderful experience in a wonderful location.

Losari Retreat is a perfect, Deeply Relaxing,
Luxe, Country Accommodation.
Set on 70 acres, of immaculately kept manicured gardens.
You are immediately welcomed by the friendly owners who are clearly passionate about making sure you enjoy your stay.
The 3 pet dogs welcomed us at different stages of our stay. Louis is the friendliest Chihuahua We have ever met greeted us at reception as did Sue.
The Maremma dog also greeted us later & patrols the retreat keeping the kangaroos, rabbits & foxes away & guards the chickens at night in the most well organised massive veggie patch which is fenced off at the back of the property.
Another dog like Red dog, farewelled us when we dropped off the key.
The 2 bedroom villas are spotlessly clean,
And have everything you need to make your stay so comfortable.
There are only 6 villas, spread around the large lake & are very private hidden between the lush gardens & so peacefully quiet.
The only thing you can hear are the birds & the horses occasionally.
The Food & wine Hamper was very generous with local avocado, mushrooms, tomato’s, butter, loaf of bread, marmalade, honey, milk, smoked salmon, bacon & a bottle of delicious Prosecco.
There is teas & a coffee pod machine.
Lovely outdoor spa, areas to dine in or outside.
There are large tvs in Bedroom & lounge areas, & books to read.
There are walking Bush trails from the retreat that take you forest.
The 2 Clydesdales & 5 horses are very friendly to pat ,
My husband & I were having a-respite weekend away, and loved the 90 min
Massage in room.

We stayed for a week in September. The villas are all well positioned for privacy and with either a view of the lake or the surrounding farmland/bush. The villa (Fiori) was comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. The spa on the deck is a nice touch, as was the fire in the bedroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
