Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This mini hotel had everything working for it when we went. Thanks to the price, we stayed here after arriving in Sisaket at about 3AM. Just couldn't wait until we had a ride home (we had big bags). Air con was cool, TV worked, showers were fine, and wifi worked very well. You can't ask more for that price. We also walked from the train station, so pretty close to the market and station.
I doubt there are English speakers at reception, but if you want to stay, I am sure it will be easy to communicate with hand gestures. Anyway, good value. No elevators, of course. (Sisaket)
There are other hotels in Sisaket not listed on TripAdvisor yet....maybe if I have time I can try to get them listed.

I stayed at the Boonsiri Boutique Hotel for 6 nights. The staff were very friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. A little limited in choice, but good. The price was great. It was quite inexpensive for what you received. The location was great. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. English was limited, but you expect that in Sisaket. It is not a tourist destination. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Sisaket.

This is a lovely hotel in this price range. the room and bathroom are very clean and they speak a tiny bit of English.the rooms on the 4th floor were 400 baht .3 rd floor 450 baht 2nd floor 500 baht but all the rooms looked the same .i think because there is no lift you pay more to be on a lower floor .seems a bit strange.the location is near a tescos expess 7/11 and 15 min walk to the food night market and train station and they have a street market there on a Sunday night as well

Stayed for 2 nights. It's clean and modern. The rooms are very nice indeed with good aircon, adequate wifi, hot shower, small lcd TV, ample storage space and complimentary water. The bed made for a very comfortable sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful and most speak English. The restaurant is okay although service could be improved a little bit. My overall experience here was good and I would stay again. Well priced and pleasant.

Basically this is a nice Hotel. It has the name of a Boutique Hotel which it certainly is, with it's somewhat trendy interior. Overall quite pleasant. However, the whole experience was spoilt because of lack of customer care and service.
Breakfast is supposed to be served up until 10:00 am, But when we got there a little late one morning at 09:40 am they had already closed down everything and were cleaning up. After politely protesting they opened up again for us.
The staff, with the exception of one or two are poorly trained and are totally clueless as to your needs and requirements. The standard of English by the staff is very poor. (so what's new)
Not only was the breakfast poor but also the evening meals. For those who like a glass of wine or a beer before or with their meal, forget it! The Hotel does not serve alcohol. The waiter had to send a boy to go and buy a couple of bottles of beer from the seven eleven!
As someone else commented there is no lift in the Hotel. I can see no mention of this in the Hotel promotional material. This is no hardship because the Hotel is only two stories tall. But for anyone with a disability this would be a problem.

In summary, this is a very pleasant, clean Hotel in a prime location. Unfortunately, the experience is spoilt by lack of customer care and attention. Could do better.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. They have nice building and nice ambience. The checked-in very quick eventhough the receptionist is not accommodating and not friendly she didn't even smile.

Advantages :
1. They have very spacious room and comfy bed.
2. The housekeeping clean the room everyday.

Disadvantages:
1. They don't have elevator to go up and down. ( my room was in fourth floor)
2. A little bit far to buy food or from 7-11

Suggestion:
Please put an elevator, try to consider if you have guests who have the problem of their knees.

Stayed here and wondering i this is really the best hotel in Sisaket. In that case, anyone could open a better hotel. This hotel is a poor hotel. Photos are old! Toilet smells like sewage. Sounds a lot from the outside as the door are not keeping noise out that much.

Nice clean hotel, clean comfortable bed, few staff issues with language although in fairness I don't speak Thai. Had issue with air con dripping water which kept me awake, went to reception where staff member was watching a film or something on the mobile while I was trying to explain the problem. Asked for another room was told maintenance man not available and conversation stopped there. No tea coffee making facilities or bar restaurant although coffee biscuits in reception in the morning. No bar or proper restaurant in the area.

"As the hotel only has 3 floors there is no lift so we requested a room on the first floor so there was only one flight of steps to climb. The ground floor is reception, large foyer and restaurant."
