Even though this is the only hotel in Sisaket I have stayed in based on what people in Sisaket have told me, this is the best hotel in town. We enjoyed a good stay here. The room was clean, the wifi was strong and the breakfast was the best we had at any hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here if i visit Sisaket again.

We stayed two nights in the Gallery Design Hotel, using it as a base for sightseeing in the area. It was perfectly adequate for our needs -- nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and linens. Friendly staff. No English TV channels, but that's par for the course in Isaan. Complimentary breakfast was basic.

The hotel is dated. I booked the super deluxe, I thought it was the best option they provided. Perhaps my expectation was too much since there were many hotels around with 1/3 of the price but I decided to choose this one. I wanted to give my local friend the best experience.

Although the room is quite big and spacious but the smell was very unpleasant, smell of mold. The faucet on the sink was horrible, you could not really run the water, it spits everywhere. The towels need to be changed, they are quite bad.

The room was on the back of the hotel, there are windows but outside there was some weird design to cover the view.

I rate it 3 stars for the people who work at this hotel. They are very friendly and helpful.

while visiting my wife's family in Rasi Salie we booked two nights in Sisaket at what was supposed to be the best hotel in the area. The room is clean and well appointed but the bed is too hard for myliking ( personal preference)The staff is friendly. The pool area is a treat (although you have to walk across the parking lot to get to it).
we sat by the pool the first night and had a good time , good food and drinks while listening to local live music.
Here's where it goes off the rails, after sightseeing the second day we return to the hotel looking forward to a refreshing swim and good meal and there is a mad party at the pool. We inquire at the front desk and are told the hotel is having a Chinese new years party, no pool access no kitchen and the party is raging outside our window at a volume to rival a Van Halen concert.
The manager refused to speak to me on the matter and I was told I could go swimming after 6 pm if I wanted while this party is going on around me.
in conclusion if you catch this hotel on a good day you will love it but they will not go out if their way to assist you.
I won't be back

Before I came to Sisaket, I didn’t expect this hotel would be very comfortable and cozy. To my surprise, the room is very well designed and decorated. I feel very comfortable and relaxing.

The town center and local market is in a walking distance, so it’s easy to try the local food and enjoy the town.

They are indeed in a soft opening so I took the effort to call them to reserve the room. Everything was in order except for my request for quiet room. There were loud construction left and right!!! And they never even bothered to tell me. When I was complaining they just laughed. That was the last straw and I took my money and left.

Kitschy design. But I guess if you're in sisaket there really isn't much of a choice. I went back to Ubon instead. The best decision I made.

As a frequent traveler to Sisaket, I've tried several of the hotels and apartment buildings in the city.

Gallery Design Hotel is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Sisaket, and gives me a "real hotel experience".

The lobby is large, and the reception is staffed by highly polite and english speaking staff.
Not only reception staff are extremely polite, but other staff (some of who I've got the impression is in family with the hotel owners) walking around the hotel are always polite and making sure that your stay is nothing less than excellent.

The hotel also has outside staff aiding you at the car park if it's getting crowded, and bell boys that help you with the luggage upon arrival, departure, and even if you (or your spouse) has been on a shopping spree with loads of bags to take back to the room.

The hotel has 2 elevators, I have never experienced having waiting long for an elevator there.

Breakfast is included in the room price, and the breakfast restaurant is located at the lobby floor, on the right side coming out of the elevators.
The breakfast is a buffet style, with some simple thai dishes, and bread/toast, cooked ham, eggs, salads, jam, and a decent coffee machine.
During my first couple of stays, eggs were made to your order by a member of staff. My last stay, only fried eggs were available from the buffet. I do not know if this is a permanent change, as I appreciated having the possibility to get my eggs to my order.

The room is spacious with a decent sized bathroom. There is a window from the bathroom into the room itself, but if you're shy, there are blinds you can pull all the way down.
TV channels are mostly Thai, I cannot recall having watched any international channels while staying there. They might have them, but I usually kept the TV tuned to Workpoint.
They even have a mini-bar in the room, something I have not experienced in any other hotels in Sisaket. The mini-bar is equipped with soft drinks, cold beers, and even liquour. The mini-bar prices are very reasonable, and a nice touch as it seems uncommon for Sisaket.
The mini-bar also has dry goods as potato chips, nuts, Mama noodles, tea, coffee etc.
Each room is of course equipped with a water cooker.
2 bottles of water is complimentary each day. Additional water bottles are available for purchase from the mini-bar.

The room is extremely tidy and clean upon arrival, and it stays that way during the entire stay.
The high quality of staff also applies to the cleaning maids.
The room is back to pristine shape after the maids have been there. Not that I have a habit of making a mess though...

The hotel is accessible from both Ubon road and Wichitnakhorn road. Due to some traffic on Ubon road, that is a nice touch, depending on where you plan to go.

The check in service and the service was a very pleasant one although the beds were the most uncomfortable ones you can imagine unless you enjoy a truly hard bed. For me it was a painful experience and in hindsight I should have changed hotel for a sorter bed such as the ones provided by Sofitel or Marriott.

Stayed for a friend's wedding within the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. room is a good size and very comfortable. The fold out couch does not look like much but was very comfortable to sleep on. Hotel has ample parking. Breakfast was average, toast and coffee is all you need really ..

Would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel in Sisaket.
