I booked this place for a 2 night stay because it was so close to Knockhill race track for the BTCC and not far from St Andrews. On arrival I was met by Mark and shown to my lovely room which was tastefully decorated and with a magnificent view of the countryside and one of the two paddocks where they...

Tastefully decorated, impeccable lodging, rare books, massage and therapy to order if perusing the meditation labyrinth and extensive gardens are insufficient. Thank you Mark and Till for creating this rare, tranquil space. Ursula and Reinhold

Oh what a find! This bed and breakfast is home from home. Mark and Till have opened their beautiful home allowing you freedom. We had three rooms with our family and each was well appointed. The beds were oh so comfy too. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. I'm glad I did though as the breakfasts are...

The cherry tree lodge is based at one of the most amazing places we've ever seen and Mark is one of the most amazing characters we've ever met (unfortunately we couldn't meet Till as he was not there when we arrived). We went there in September '14 and stayed for two instead of one night and had just a wonderful...

My wife & I (Elaine & Denis) really enjoyed our stay with such helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts Mark and Till. House was clean and bedroom was a good size. Scenery was beautiful and location was so handy to Knockhill Race course where we saw the British Touring Car Championship round.Mark prepares a lovely scottish breakfast.

This small friendly b&b is excellent, hosts are friendly and welcoming. Waking up to the beautiful scenery and the peaceful atmosphere sets you up for the day. It has a rustic feel with plenty of food and good company. The hosts present a "wellness" and healthy feeling and the spiritual ambience is very much part of the place. Bedrooms are...

I booked this place rather last minute as I was travelling to The Open at St Andrews for a week. I was about an hour away from the course, but based on how wonderful this place is I really didn't mind! Mark and Till are just lovely and they make you feel so welcome in their home. The rooms are...

My third visit to the ongoing vision of Mark and Til, I watch the British superbike round at Knockhill every year and have no reason to change the arrangement that has me re visiting Cherry Tree year on year for a two night stay, this year I've decided to get back there and see a little more of the beauty...

Our friends chose this beautiful location for their wedding and we were lucky enough to be offered one of the rooms in the Lodge for the night. The house is simply but elegantly decorated and comfortable throughout. Hosts Mark and Till could not have been more welcoming or helpful - even down to asking for our recommendations on what baby...

My family and I stayed at the Cherry Tree Lodge, Saline as we were going to Gardening Scotland. My daughter found this bed and breakfast on Trip Advisor and she couldn't have made a better choice. Everything about the place, the setting, the hosts were just A1. Mark is a fantastic host who caters for your every need. The house...
