Incredible little sanctuary. Great room. Super friendly and helpful staff. I love the gardens and sitting over the pond to watch the koi. I liked it so much I came back again after a few days away. Relaxing place to be
Travelled as a couple and stayed 3 weeks in deluxe room. This offers excellent value for money. This is Thailand so dont expect everything to be perfect. If you want 5* accommodation, pay the money! All the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good and at a good price. The pool is cleaned every day and there is shade and sun throughout the day with plenty of comfortable sun loungers .There is some daytime noise from the nearby Muay thai training camp, but this was only for an hour in the morning and afternoon ,and is the main reason why most guests base themselves in So-taeid.The evenings and nights at this hotel were very relaxing .There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and excellent laundry facilities We travel to Thailand regularly and will definitely be returning to this hotel as it provides excellent value Many thanks to the owners and staff…
Note: this review is for the restaurant only. We come here for our first and last meal whenever we visit chalong. The best pizza on the strip and the local cuisine isn’t too bad either. The service is always fast and our go to for cheap eats.
This is a good restaurant with a spacious area to dine. It is part of a hotel, but located on the Main Street. Serving western dishes, predominantly pizza and pasta, probably less healthy than other places in the area. They also have plenty of thai options. I had a mix of both, a shrimp Caesar salad and Tom yum soup. The salad was nice, and they bring you out a few dressings to add your own. The soup was good but very spicy! Staff here are very happy and welcoming, probably better service than most places in the area.
I was lucky enough to stay here with a few of my friends while we were in Phuket, Thailand for a holiday. Such a beautiful place with beautiful Staff. They were so accommodating and helpful with our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. They also have their own restaurant out the front. Where they cook beautiful meals at a decent price. If you're looking for a place to stay a little away from hustle and bustle of Patong. This is the perfect place.
I have stayed 1 week in Flora Ville. İt is green and nice athmosphere but unfortunately there is bed bugs all the furniture are old. I told receptionist and they have changed my room but unfortunately bed bugs in all of their room beds. İt was terrible uncomfortable nights during my stay. I checked and zoomed with my phone the bugs on the bed is terrible because bugs bite my all body it get swallon and red. İ used a lot of medicines to get rid of from suffer. After a month still the bite signs on my body. They should have renew the furnitures either poison everything in the room otherwise they will loose customers! They do not care much because people not able to see for the short term stay in the hotel. Also bed bugs you can not see with eyes, need zoomer because its small bug.. it can easly stuck to clothes and everything and you can not let this bugs go away by washing. All you have to do is burn your clothes!…
Great staff that are ready for all your questions and demands, cozy environment. The food is delicious, me and my friend have tried the whole street's restaurants and can't find one place that make us this happy and satisfied every time! Didn't know how too review only their restaurant because I haven't stayed in the hotel
The Good Walking distance to Tiger Large Chalets, plenty of space with separate bedroom, living room and terrace. Nice garden and pool Room cleaned daily The Bad Service is hit and miss No management, staff are left to there own devices Ask for a room on the left side to avoid noise from the gym early morning. The Ugly Staff are sometimes resting/sleeping in the restaurant Staff are eating whilst assisting you at reception and at the bar. Animals at the resort including an injured dog. This resort could be excellent if some maintenance was done and a manager was appointed.
Stayed in a deluxe room I think it was - Bedroom with separate living room and ensuite. If you are in Chalong to take advantage of the training along this street this is the spot for you. It is close to all the amazing training facilities - Esp Unit 27 being next door - and within walking distance to good, healthy restaurants and laundries etc. The bed is fairly hard, but good... no springs sticking in your back like many other hotels. Clean rooms, free wifi, pretty dodgy TV reception but a nice pool and nice enough staff. I would not stay here for any other reason than training as Chalong is not an exciting area. The restaurant's menu looks a lot better than the food they provide however, is still half decent and cheap. I found muscle bar and tonys a few hundred meters up the road to be the go to restaurants in the area. Overall, would recommend this place to friends if they were coming to train and I plan on coming back myself.…
My partner and I arrived on the 1st of December and had booked the first month with intensions of staying a 2nd. Prior to arrival we had pre booked our stay via email but upon arrival there was no documentation of our booking. We were fortunate enough they had a room to spare. Our first thoughts were; - Has a nice pool, is close to Tiger, and has it’s own restaurant which appeared to have a selection of Thai/Western food. The rooms were mediocre and the water pressure was horrendous. I’m pretty sure I had a better shower standing in the rain, than I did at floraville. On the 3rd night of our stay it was down pouring outside – In the middle of the night we were awoken to a drenching puddle that took up the better half of the bed. The next morning we contacted reception after minimal hours of sleep due to the constant sound of dripping water. The lady at the counter then proceeded to hand us another key to a different room so they “could fix the leak”. After 3 days of just getting settled into our new room, we were then told we must move our belongings back, as someone had already booked the room in which we were now residing in. First night back in our original room, we woke up to yet another pool of water. .They had not fixed the leak or even attempted to fix it.. Back to reception we went furious and once again sleep deprived to have her apologise and ask us to move back into the room that was “booked out”. Déjà vu Don’t you think? Staff couldn’t care less and offered no compensation other than a refund on the rest of our months stay. The refund did not even cover the full amount of days left in the month, there fore benefiting us in no such way. The internet constantly kicked us off and was slower than a snail. The server at the restaurant is a sour faced witch, who can’t even chisel a smile out when one is given. Beds are hard as a rock and only one pillow was provided. Your alarm clock goes as is: 8am crossfitters screaming/grunting/dropping weights, 9am-2am cats and dogs fighting/barking, and if you lucky enough the rooster will have you up by 5am sharp. To top it all off, they were charging different amounts for different people within the complex. We were paying 24000 for one month and found at least for other places that were far more modernized and new charging 13000 during peak season. Do not stay here, do your research!…
