My husband and I recently decided to spend our honeymoon in Costa Rica. Both my husband and I love the outdoors and kept hearing wonderful stories of Costa Rica. We heard of a new resort named Villas del Rey through our travel agent and decided to stay there. We stayed in their honeymoon villa, which was beautiful. The villa comes...

Last month my family and I decided to take a trip down to Costa Rica. We were interested in renting a private home for a week. While searching the internet we came upon Villas del Rey Resort. After discussing it with my family we decided to give the resort a try. We emailed our reservation request and promptly received a...

We recently returned from a vacation trip to Costa Rica. We'd heard so much about the popularity of that destination, we decided to see for ourselves. I was fortunate to hear of this resort from a friend who had recently been. My friends description didn't do it justice. The resort was even more beautiful than he'd said, with a lush green...

I had the extraordinary opportunity to have stayed at Villas del Rey, Costa Rica about two weeks ago. The owners/staff could not have been more wonderful. There were beautiful sunsets at the clubhouse, the grounds are extraordinary and Villa I stayed in was beyond! High ceilings, totally private, fully stocked kitchen and gorgeously furnished. I highly recommend this wonderful slice...

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and really didn't know where to go or what to do. Villas del Rey was the perfect place to experience it for the first time! We were picked up at the airport which was perfect since it would have been stressful to try to arrange transportation ourselves. Our first sight upon arriving...

I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived in Costa Rica since it was my first visit there. However, once I settled in Villas Del Rey I know my vacation will be a great one. We were situated in a two bedroom spacious air conditioned "hacienda villa" with two full baths, kitchen, sitting and dining area, it immediately...

The weather in December was perfect. It was great to have one place to stay and take day trips around the country returning back to our base. They arranged a private van and driver which let us enjoy the countryside and stop wherever we wanted. Not being fluent in Spanish it was very convenient having someone else drive who knew...

Villas del Rey resort is perfect for all types of travelers. What make Villas del Rey special is the focus on our guest’s privacy and enjoyment while still continuing to be environmentally conscious or green. The resort consists of 7 charming luxury villas, ranging from 1430 square feet to 2160 square feet, located on 20 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical fruit groves. Each villa is strategically placed on a 1/2 acre parcel of land. Guests can decide for themselves the interaction with others they would like to have during their stay.
