We've been here before, but are always amazed at how naturally beautiful TJ Ranch is. We were not disappointed in the mountain breeze, the music of the birds and coqui, and the hospitality of our hosts! This is the real Puerto Rico, and should not be missed by anyone who considers themselves a nature lover.

We stayed at TJ's Ranch for 4 days and loved it. We were booked some place else that fell thru so we ended up at TJ's Ranch. It was off the beaten path which is what we loved about the place. The casita/A-frame is simple but clean and met all of our needs. The views out the windows were incredible....

I always wanted to stay in this area after my first trip down route 10 south on our way to Guanica. The limestone mountains are awesome in this area. I found there was a B & B there I wanted to stay there. My wife and i totally loved TJ Ranch. It has to be one of the most beautiful...

After escaping from The Palace Hostel in San Juan (see review), we decided to get a bit lavish and stay at TJ Ranch. It was a great decision. The setting is amazing--tucked so deep into the jungle that it feels like the coqui frogs are underneath your bed. But they definitely aren't--the cabins are immaculately cleaned and cared for. Moreover,...

The setting is very relaxing, and the food is excellent! Tony and Joan accommodate your every need, and the casitas are charming. The location means that you will have experiences unknown to those who never leave San Juan.

A belated thank you for a wonderful experience in a beautiful hideaway with terrific hospitality, food and accommodation. the very off-the-beaten-trackness if TJ Ranch added greatly to its charm. Anyone planning to visit the Areibo observatory or Rio Camuy caves should try to stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at TJ Ranch for 3 days. I stayed here because my birding guide, Gabriel Lugo, takes his clients here because it is top-notch and a great central location for all the birding spots we went to in the north part of the island. I cannot say enough about the incredible food. The owner is one...

We stayed at TJ Ranch primarily because I wanted to visit the Arecibo Observatory and were wonderfully surprised at what fun experience it turned out to be. Juanito and Tony are welcoming hosts who really want you just to have a good experience. Tony made some awesome meals and the property is really beautiful. At night we had the sounds...

For those who are seeking an escape from the regular hotel/B&B experience, this is for you. It's off the beaten path, nestled in the whimsy of winding mountain roads. Finding it is part of the experience and a great part. High up in the hills, you will find a serene and relaxing experience awaiting you. Our hosts were wonderful. We...
