We went to Chateau Joliette for a last minute getaway. We were very happy with the service, the cleanliness of the suite, and the breakfast. It was quiet and relaxing. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, and all in all, we had a great experience with our stay. The hotel is beautifully situated right beside the river. I am...

We stayed in a large superior room on the 4th floor. It was clean and quiet. It seems the staff is aware of the complaints regarding their banquet hall noise and are attentive to this. They placed us on the 4th floor so as not to be disturbed and the front desk staff even asked us if we had heard...

Stayed at the Chateau Joliette a couple of times while in town. Great staff, friendly. Nice rooms, great views, within walking distance of basically everything. It does get busy at Christmas time with office parties so be forewarned.. Breakfasts are quite good. Always stay there while in town and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here with my partner for two nights in late September while visiting the places and times of his childhood. In my partner's words, it's the only place in Joliette that you'll want to stay. The setting of the hotel is beautiful: riverside in a well-treed neighbourhood, and very conveniently located to the Musée d'art de Joliette, downtown, and the...

This hotel has a scenic location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The elevator is old and slow so if you are trying to get to or from an upper floor, you may have a bit of a wait. I went to a show during the Lanaudière Festival. It's close off the highway, on the river, 5 minutes walk to the concert hall and the downtown restaurants.
